How It Happened
The Wasps got on the board in the bottom of the first on a single to right-center by senior third baseman Hayden Milley (Clover, S.C.). In the second, the Panthers answered with a two-run double down the left field line by Grey Sherfey to lead, 2-1.

Four runs in the seventh pushed E&H's margin to 7-2 as Tolone drove in a pair with a double to right-centerfield and Zoller came up with a two-run single up the middle. E&H extended its lead to 8-2 in the eighth on a seeing-eye single through the left side by senior designated hitter Chandler Kezele (Marshall, Va.).
