How it Happened
First Half: Both teams had opportunities to score, but neither could find the back of the net. The Bullets held a slim 7-6 shot advantage on the Eagles as the score stayed at a 0-0 deadlock at intermission.
Second Half: The Bullets offense went to work in the second half as Mullineaux tallied her first career goal off a feed from sophomore Molly O'Shea (Reading, Pa./Wilson) in the 65th minute to put Gettysburg ahead. Seven minutes later, defender Lareau notched a goal of her own off a dish from sophomore Erika Muskus (Scotch Plains, N.J./Scotch Plains Fanwood), making it her second career tally. The Bullets defense continued to hold firm as the Eagles were only able to get one shot off in the final 10 minutes of action to seal the road win.

Quote from the Coach
"A good win against a good team," said head coach Matt Garrett. "It gives us belief that we are moving in the right direction."
