Falcons Lasso Lynchburg

HILTON HEAD, S.C. – The Falcons shined in their first spring break match on Sunday against Lynchburg. The Blue and White picked up their second victory of the year with a 6-3 margin over the Hornets.

The duo of freshman Izak Roscher (Menomonee Falls, Wis.) and junior Joshua Klement (Muskego, Wis.) cruised at No. 3 doubles with an 8-1 victory.

The team of freshman Peter Naylor (Lockport, Ill.) and senior Tim Peters (Slinger, Wis.) painted an 8-4 victory at No. doubles.

Tim Peters popped Carter McCleary at No. 2 singles, 6-4, 6-2.

Freshman Landon Sather (Fort Wayne, Ind.) sank Cooper Brewen at No. 3 singles, 7-5, 6-1.

Peter Naylor knocked down Nico Thomas at No. 5 singles, 6-0, 6-1.

Sophomore Nathan Bilan (Greendale, Wis.) bounced Jackson Scott at No. 6 singles, 6-0, 6-2.

The Falcons return to action on Monday against Greenville.
