FOREST, Va. --- Week nine left us with a
three way tie for first place in the ODAC, and now we have a tie
atop the ODAC Football Play of the Week ranks. Hampden-Sydney
College picked up its third win of the season, joining Guilford
College as three-time winners.
After going into the half leading 35-0, Hampden-Sydney quickly
improved upon its advantage following the break. On
Guilford's third play of the third quarter, Tigers' defensive back
Zach Morgan intercepted a Quakers' pass and returned it 41-yards
for a touchdown. The interception marked Morgan's second of
the season.
Hampden-Sydney earned 42.08-percent of the vote to secure the top
spot. In total, the ODAC's four finalists were watched more
than 850 times on YouTube over the past two days.
