Stevenson, a freshman from Roselle, N.J., helped Guilford to its
first ODAC victory since the 2009 season with a 34-27 win over
Catholic on Saturday. Stevenson returned an interception
55 yards for a touchdown late in the second quarter of the Quakers'
road victory, which tied the game at 20-20 entering the second half
after Catholic had gone ahead, 20-6, 20 seconds into the second
quarter. He also had seven tackles (3 solo), which ranked
second on the team, and posted half a TFL. Stevenson’s
touchdown was his second this season, tops among Quakers’
defenders, and his two interceptions also lead the team.
