Sarah Brock, Shenandoah, So., Midfielder

Brock, a sophomore from Chesterfield, Va., helped the Hornets to a pair of wins last week as SU looks to secure a spot in the upcoming ODAC tournament.  Brock started her week with a bang, recording the only goal in a 1-0 win at Eastern Mennonite.  The tally came in the 40th minute of play.  She then added to her point total at Roanoke on the weekend as she assisted on the opening goal in the Hornets' 2-0 triumph over the Maroons.  Brock now has four goals and four assists on the season.

Field Hockey Honor Roll

Megan Gould, Bridgewater (Sr., Midfielder - Fredericksburg, Va.)
Gould scored twice in the Eagles' 1-1 week.  She notched BC's tally in a 4-1 loss against Lynchburg, and then followed that with another goal in  6-0 win over Sweet Briar.

Melissa Cox, Eastern Mennonite (So., Midfielder - Mountville, Pa.)
In a 1-1 week for the Royals, Cox notched her first career hat-trick in a 5-2 win at Virginia Wesleyan, helping EMU's bid for a spot in the upcoming ODAC tournament.

Katie Kline, Lynchburg (Jr., Attack - Stafford, Va.)
Kline had a goal and an assist in a 3-0 win at Roanoke.  She followed that up with another score in a 4-1 victory at Bridgewater.  Kline is third in the ODAC in points (26), third in goals scored (9) and first in assists (8).

Carrie Jacobs, Randolph-Macon (Jr., Back - Orange, Va.)
In a 1-1 week for R-MC, Jacobs registered a pair of goals in the Yellow Jackets 2-0 triumph at Washington and Lee.
