Kayla Copeman, Lynchburg, So, Forward

Copeman, a sophomore from Williamsburg, Va., contributed in all three games for Lynchburg last week and helped the Hornets return to the top of the ODAC Tournament field with the top billing and hosting duties for the semifinals and championship this coming weekend. Copeman opened with an assist in an 8-0 non-conference win over Ferrum.  She then scored twice in a 3-0 victory over Roanoke.  She capped her week with a goal in a 4-1 triumph over Eastern Mennonite.  For the season, Copeman has notched 13 points on four goals and five assists.

Field Hockey Honor Roll

Emily Price, Eastern Mennonite (Fr. - M)
Price wrapped up the regular season with five goals and an assist in the Royals' 2-1 week. She scored three times and dished out a helper in the 7-0 win at Sweet Briar. She added two goals in a 3-2 overtime win over Randolph-Macon.

Victoria Cappadora, Randolph-Macon (Jr. - M)
Cappadora scored three times and dished out an assist in an 8-0 victory at Sweet Briar.

Rebecca Schmidt, Roanoke (Jr. - M)
Schmidt scored three goals in the Maroons 6-0 win over Ferrum to cap the regular season.

Taylor Hayes, Shenandoah (Fr. - M)
Hayes dished out two assists, including the pass on the game-winning goal, in a 3-1 win over Bridgewater. She added a goal and an assist again on the game-decider in a 5-2 victory at Virginia Wesleyan. The two wins locked up quarterfinal hosting responsibilities for the Hornets.

Lauren Paolano, Washington and Lee (Fr. - F)
Paolano scored three times in an 11-0 win over Sweet Briar. She added a fourth tally on the week in a 3-2 loss at Bridgewater.
