Grace Weise, Washington and Lee, Sr., Forward

Weise, a senior from Bryn Mawr, Pa., had a hand in four of Washington and Lee's five goals in the Generals 5-4 victory over nationally 14th-ranked Christopher Newport University. Weise notched a career-best seven points as she recorded her second career hat trick. The seven points tie for fifth-most in a single game in program history. Weise assisted Freddie Tobeason on W&L's first goal in the eighth minute to tie the game 1-1. She then scored the Generals next two tallies, give W&L leads of 2-1 and 3-2 in the 19th and 36th minutes, respectively, with the latter qualifying as the winning goal. She gave W&L some cushion with her final tally as Tobeason returned the favor with an assist for a 5-3 advantage just over 12 minutes from full time. For the season, Weise has scored four goals with one assist.
