Roberts, a sophomore from Ridgely, Md., kicked off his 2021 campaign with a pair of ODAC and nationally top-ranked jumps at the Roanoke Division III/NAIA Invitational Challenge. Roberts finished second overall and tops among D-III competitors in both the long and triple jumps. In the long jump, he reached 6.86 meters (22-6.25), which tops the ODAC chart and ranks second nationally. He also put himself atop the ODAC list in the triple jump at 13.91 meters (45-7.75). That mark has the added bonus of being the best in the D-III so far this season.
