Isaac Alderfer, Eastern Mennonite, Jr., Mid-Distance

Alderfer, a junior from Broadway, Va., picks up his second straight ODAC weekly honor in as many opportunities after a record-setting performance at the Roanoke Division III/NAIA Invitational Challenge. Alderfer set a new ODAC in the indoor mile run with a time of 4:11.91, eclipsing the 4:12.07 standard established by Washington and Lee's Ian McDonald in 2015. Alderfer's record time, when converted* for NCAA rankings, tops the Division III chart. He also competed in the 800-meter run at Roanoke, winning the event in 1:57.80. That time is second in the ODAC to only his previous-best from two weeks ago, which ranks fourth in the country.
