Measell, a first-year from Chambersburg, Pa., went record hunting at the VMI Winter Classic over the weekend. Measell placed eighth overall in the long jump at 5.34 meters (17-6.25). The leap is #1 in the ODAC this season and snapped the previous Shenandoah record of 5.18 meters set by Jaclyn Mohlmann in 2015. Measell's mark is ranked 20th in NCAA Division III. She also competed in the triple jump at VMI, placing fourth in the event in 10.59 meters (34-9.0). That mark sits fifth in the ODAC this year.
