Alison Moreau, Roanoke, Sr., Sprints/Jumps

Moreau, a senior from Lynchburg, Va., competed in four events over two meets and finds herself a top the charts in each discipline following her season-opening weekend. At the Roanoke Division I/Division II Invitational Challenge, Moreau finished eighth overall in the 60-meter dash in 8.20-seconds. In addition to being #1 in the ODAC, that time is 23rd in Division III. She also helped her teammates to a second place finish in the 4x400-meter relay in 4:29.81, and placed third in the high jump at 1.50 meters (4-11.0). Those two marks are 37th and 13th in the country, respectively. At the Roanoke Division III/NAIA Invitational Challenge, Moreau finished second overall in the 200-meter dash in 27.02-seconds. Her converted* time 26.61-seconds for NCAA rankings sits 11th on the D-III chart.
