Moreau, a senior from Lynchburg, Va., earns her second straight weekly award after winning three events and improving upon her own ODAC season-best marks in each event at the Noke Elite Meet hosted by Roanoke over the weekend. Moreau won the 60-meter and 200-meter dashes in 0:08.17 and 0:26.70, respectively.
