Heinsohn, a junior from Charlottesville, Va., helped lead the W&L men’s lacrosse team to a 2-0 week by totaling five goals and two assists across the two games. In a 14-4 win over Greensboro on Wednesday, he notched one goal and one assist. In a 14-13 overtime win over Randolph-Macon on Saturday, Heinsohn totaled four goals and one assist, and scored the game-winner in overtime. For the year, Heinsohn is fourth on the team in scoring with 22 points on nine goals and 13 assists.
Men's Lacrosse Honor Roll
Dylan Hoff, Lynchburg, Senior, Attack
Hoff scored five goals and three assists in
Lynchburg’s 17-6 win over Virginia Wesleyan College. He also
snagged four groundballs in the win. Hoff leads the ODAC in goals
(47) and points (73).
Reid Mayberry, Roanoke, Senior, Attack
Mayberry has come on strong in the last couple of
weeks for the Maroons, this week being no exception. Mayberry
found the back of the net six times in the ODAC matchup with
Guilford, where the Maroons won 17-7. Mayberry scored the
first goal in each of the first three periods.
