Michael Kutsanzira, Washington and Lee, Jr., Midfielder

Kutsanzira, a junior from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, picks up his second straight ODAC weekly award after leading nationally top-ranked Washington and Lee to a 1-0-1 week against league foes. Kutsanzira registered his ninth assist of the season on Adrian Zimmerman's game-tying tally in the 74th minute to rescue a point in a 1-1 come-from-behind draw with Roanoke. Kutsanzira then found the scoresheet twice in a 3-0 victory over Randolph-Macon on the weekend. Following a scoreless first half, he finished off a feed from Samuel Bass in the 50th minute for a 1-0 advantage. The duo again paired up in the 57th minute as Kutsanzira made it 2-0 Generals with his second two-goal game in three outings and third career multi-goal effort. Kutsanzira is currently leading the ODAC with nine assists, which is one off W&L's program record. He also scored six goals to give him 21 points on the season, fifth in the conference.
