Fulton, a sophomore from Bridgewater, Va., put together a strong day in the throws for Bridgewater, winning twice and finishing second a third time at the WildCat Track Festival hosted by Randolph College. Fulton won the discus with a throw of 46.29 meters (151-10.00), which is second-best in the ODAC only to his previous season-best mark (46.69m). He also won the shot put with a new ODAC season-best heave of 13.50 meters (44-3.50). In the hammer, Fulton finished second overall to teammate Jack McNutt (42.67m) with a throw of 42.04 meters (137-11.00). That mark ranks fourth in the conference.
