Lee, a junior from Buckingham, Va., collected her second weekly award of the season by going 3-0 in four appearances last week, including both wins in a key sweep of Roanoke College on Friday.  She split time on the mound in both contests against the Maroons but was stellar in the nightcap, scattering eight hits over 5-1/3 innings and not allowing an earned run.  She added another win on Sunday in the twinbill against Randolph.  With the two wins against Roanoke, Lee took over the school record for wins in a season and is now 16-6 on the year.  She also leads the ODAC in wins and innings pitched.

Ashley Boteler, Guilford, Freshman
Boteler picked up two wins for the Quakers in their 3-1 week… held the opposition to a .194 batting average and logged a 2.10 earned run average… tossed a five-inning, two-hit shutout in the Quakers’ win over Averett… took a shutout into the fifth inning of Guilford’s win over Va. Wesleyan before the Marlins chased her with four runs in the frame (3 earned)… her eight wins this season rank second on the team… her eight wins are the second-highest in a season by a Guilford freshman.
