Peyton Williams, Emory & Henry, Sr., Forward

Williams, a senior from Saltville, Va., picks up her second weekly award of the season after leading Emory & Henry to an 84-80 overtime victory at Washington and Lee University in the Wasps' ODAC opener. It is the second OT win for E&H this season (77-70 at Piedmont). Williams stood out on both ends of the floor as she checked Generals' all-league guard Taylor Casey and held her to 5-of-15 shooting with four turnovers. Williams responded with a career-high 24 points on 6-of-12 from the field and 12-of-14 from the foul line in a game-best 42-minute shift. She pulled down eight rebounds and dished out three assists to go with a steal and a blocked shot. For the season, Williams is tied atop the ODAC with teammate Sydney McKinney in scoring (17.1) and rebounding (10.1). She leads the league in overall points (120), rebounds (71), free throws made (33-of-42), minutes played (251), and minutes played per game (35.9).
