Buckingham, a sophomore from Herndon, Va., scored eight goals and three assists in just two games along with three ground balls, five draw controls, and one game winner. Against VWC, she helped guide the Hornets to a 18-7 victory behind three goals, two assists, and four draw controls to propel the Hornets to the #3 seed in the ODAC Tournament. On Saturday in the ODAC Tournament, Buckingham posted five goals and one assist in a 21-7 victory against Guilford College to reach the semi-finals.

Ernst led the Quakers with six points in an 0-2
week… scored a team-high five goals in the two games, plus
one assist… also had five draw controls and two ground balls
in the week… tallied two goals and an assist in
Guilford’s loss at 13th-ranked Washington and
Lee… grabbed a team-best three draw controls… netted
a team-high three goals in the Quakers’ loss at Lynchburg.
Elyse Cooper, Randolph-Macon, Junior - Attack
Cooper scored five of her seven goals during an 11-0
Randolph-Macon run to get past No. 5 seeded Virginia Wesleyan 20-11
in the ODAC Women's Lacrosse Quarterfinals on Saturday in
Ashland. Cooper also got two draw controls, two ground balls
and forced a turnover in the win.
Alli Shearin, Washington and Lee, Sophomore - Attack
Shearin led the Generals in a 20-6 victory over
Guilford. Shearin recorded a career-high six goals in the contest,
and finished the game with seven points (6g, 1a). She also went a
perfect 2-for-2 on free position shots. This season,
Benedetti has played in seven games for the Generals, registering
22 points off of 13 goals and nine assists.
