Valles, a senior from South Windsor, Conn., broke school scoring records in career goals while setting three single-game school records in two ODAC victories last week. She set records in points (14), goals (8) and caused turnovers (7) in a 23-10 win over Virginia Wesleyan on Senior Night. Against Bridgewater, Valles racked up three goals, one assist and 10 groundballs in the 26-8 triumph. Against the Marlins, Valles broke the ODAC’s all-time goals and scoring record and is now ranked sixth in NCAA Div. III history in career points (386).

Frazier recorded five goals and two assists to match her
career-best 7 points in Guilford’s 20-8 victory over Randolph
…scored her five goals on six shots-on-goal… had a
game-high seven draw controls in Guilford’s 19-6 loss to
Washington and Lee.
Lesley Buckingham, Lynchburg, Junior, Attack
Buckingham broke her own school record this week for goals in
a season and currently sits at 63 for the season. She scored four
times with one assist against Randolph Wednesday and added three
goals and three assists against Sweet Briar.
Erin Clare Cassidy, Randolph-Macon, Senior, Attack
Cassidy had seven goals, six draw controls and two
groundballs in R-MC’s 12-11 win over USA South Champion and
the south’s second ranked team Christopher Newport on
Wednesday. Cassidy helped R-MC rally from four down with 17
minutes to play, scored four goals including two in the last 47
seconds to win the game with one second
remaining. In a loss to Washington and lee,
Cassidy had one goal.
Emmy Mathews, Washington and Lee, Senior,
Midfielder
Mathews led the No. 15 Generals in a 2-0 week with wins over
Guilford and Randolph-Macon. Mathews was the Generals’
leading scorer in both contests, finishing with five points (4g,
1a) against Guilford and seven points (6g, 1a) versus
Randolph-Macon. In the contest against Guilford, she also added
four draw controls, two ground balls and two forced turnovers. Her
six goals versus Randolph-Macon was a career-high, and she also
contributed three draw controls, one ground ball and one caused
turnover.
