Colley, a senior from Wells, Maine, increased her margin on the ODAC points and assists leads as she picks up her third straight weekly award. Colley led Guilford to a 1-1 showing as she scored seven times and dished out three assists in a 20-18 loss to Farmingdale State, which is receiving recognition towards the latest IWLCA national poll. It marks her second game with 10 or more points this season. Colley followed with three goals and four assists in an 18-5 triumph against Sweet Briar. She picked up nine ground balls on the week while also causing four turnovers. College leads the ODAC in points (69) and assists (31). She's third in goals scored (38).
Women's Lacrosse Honor Roll
Caroline Kilby, Lynchburg (Sr., A
- Street, Md.)
Kilby scored twice and dished out an assist in a 10-6 loss to
Centre. She followed that with four goals and an assist in a
20-6 win over Randolph. She picked up five ground balls on
the week.
Taylor Klevenz, Randolph (Jr., D - Cherry Hill,
N.J.)
Klevenz continues her hot play, scoring three times
and helping on another in a 14-11 win over Sweet Briar. She
followed that by contributing on all six goals in the WildCats'
20-6 setback at Lynchburg. She scored five times and assisted
on the other goal in that contest.
Jenelle Whitman, Randolph-Macon (So., M - Silver
Spring, Md.)
Whitman has racked up 14 points in the last two
weeks, bolstered by six goals in the Yellow Jackets' 1-1 showing
last week. She scored twice with six draw controls and two
caused turnovers in a 17-10 loss at Mary Washington. She
followed that with four goals, six draw controls, three ground
balls and two caused turnovers in a 10-7 win at Bridgewater.
Liz Bereit, Shenandoah (Jr., M - Latrobe, Pa.)
Bereit scored once in a 12-5 loss at McDaniel.
She followed that with three goals and four assits in a 19-0
shutout of Hollins.
Margaret Klein, Washington and Lee (Sr., A - North
Andover, Mass.)
Klein added five more goals to her tallie, giving her
seven over the past two weeks and 28 on the season. Last
week, she scored three times in the Generals' 11-9 win against
Roanoke. She added two more tallies in a 14-4 triumph at
Virginia Wesleyan.
