Waters, freshman from Pasadena, Md., scored a goal in each game this past week to help the Eagles pick up a pair of conference wins. Waters scored the first goal in a 3-1 victory over rival EMU. She also scored a goal in a 2-0 victory over Guilford. For the season, Waters leads the Eagles in points (18) and goals (8). Her point total is fifth in the ODAC while her goals scored sit in a tied for third.

Taylor Wenger, Eastern Mennonite University, Freshman,
Forward
Wenger had her best game in an EMU uniform Saturday
against Hollins, as she scored two goals and added two assists to
rack up six points. After the Lady Royals fell behind 1-0,
Wenger had a hand in the women’s first three goals with two
assists and then scoring the third, giving them a lead they never
relinquished. She later added her second goal of the game
just 1:26 into the second half as EMU won 7-2. Wenger is now
second on the team with five goals and 13 points. The forward
is also tied for the team lead with three assists.
Danielle Fiori, Guilford College, Sophomore, Forward
Fiori paced the Quakers with a career-high three points
on a goal and an assist in a 2-0 road win over Hollins last
Wednesday.
Betsy Kwiatkowski, Lynchburg College, Senior, Forward
Kwiatkowski led the Hornets to a 2-0-1 week last
week. She netted four goals Saturday in a victory over visiting
Randolph College and added two more goals Sunday in a win at
Methodist College.
Erin Hauser, Randolph-Macon College, Sophomore,
Forward
Hauser assisted on three goals before scoring one of
her own against Sweet Briar on Wednesday. The sophomore scored the
Yellow Jackets first goal against Washington and Lee Saturday
Lindsay Kooiman, Roanoke College, Senior, Goalkeeper
Kooiman led Roanoke to a scoreless tie against defending
ODAC Champion and then ODAC standings leader, Lynchburg. She
collected 12 saves against the fourth-best team in the NSCAA South
Atlantic regional rankings, and posted her 10th shutout
of the season in a 3-0 win over Sweet Briar.
Bethany Bayles, Virginia Wesleyan College, Sophomore,
Goalkeeper
Bayles continued her stingy play in the goal,
helping the Marlins to record back-to-back shutouts in a 1-0-1
week, and four in a row. VWC has recorded nine shutouts so
far this season. Bayles has not allowed a goal in her last 245
minutes on the field, including 155 in the last two outings.
She has lowered her goals against average to 0.41 and increased her
saves percentage to .750. She owns a 4-1-1 record for the
9-3-3 Marlins.
Ainsley Daigle, Washington and Lee University, Sophomore,
Forward
Daigle recorded two goals against Randolph-Macon,
including the game-winning goal in the final minutes of the contest
on Saturday. Her first goal was off a penalty kick, while the
game-winner came in the 83rd minute off a free kick.
Finished the week with seven shots in three contests, leading the
Generals in shots during two matches.
