Carmen Graves, Roanoke, Junior, MidfielderOctober 31, 2011Graves, a junior from Christiansburg, Va., earns her second straight weekly award after leading the Maroons to a trio of wins last week. In the ODAC regular season finale against the Quakers, Graves scored the only goal of a 1-0 win to help Roanoke secure the third seed in the ODAC Tournament. On Tuesday against non-conference Mary Washington, Graves again slotted home the game's only tally with a header in the 49th minute. Then against GC in the ODAC Quarterfinals, Graves scored the second goal in a 2-0 win to propel the Maroons into the ODAC semifinals. Graves has a team-best nine goals on the season.

Carmen Graves, Roanoke, Junior, MidfielderOctober 24, 2011Graves, a junior from Christiansburg, Va., notched a pair of goals to help Roanoke to a 2-0 week in ODAC action. She began her week by scoring the game's only goal in the 16th minute of a 1-0 win at Guilford. Then again on the road, this time at Randolph-Macon, Graves found the back of the net in the 49th minute for a 2-0 lead that eventually grew into a 3-0 victory for the Maroons. Graves leads Roanoke with 17 points on seven goals and three assists.

Angela Bosco, Lynchburg, Sophomore, ForwardOctober 17, 2011Bosco, a sophomore from Huntington Station, N.Y., helped lead Lynchburg to a pair of ODAC victories last week. She had a hand in both goals of the Hornets 2-0 win over Roanoke to open the week. She assisted Jessica Gonzalez on the game's first goal in the 20th minute, and then notched LC's second tally in the 48th minute. Later in the week, she recorded an assist in the Hornets' 7-0 win over Randolph. Bosco is third on the team with 12 goals and five assists. She is tied for third in the ODAC in goals scored and sits fourth in points (29).

EMILY LEARY, Washingotn and Lee, Senior, GoalkeeperOctober 10, 2011Leary, a senior from Cincinnati, Ohio, posted two shutouts on the week, including a 3-0 win over Hollins on Tuesday and a 0-0 double-overtime draw with Lynchburg College on Saturday. During the match against Lynchburg, Leary came up with a key save in the 109th minute after LC was awarded a penalty kick after one of its players was taken down on the edge of the Generals box. Leary made a diving save to her left, preserving the scoreless draw. This season, Leary leads the ODAC in goals against (1), goals-against average (0.08) and save percentage (.957), while also posting 10 shutouts. Currently, she has 32 career shutouts, just two short of tying the career record at W&L (Kiki Moreo ’08, 34). As of last week’s NCAA national statistics, Leary ranked second in the nation in goals-against average (0.098) and fourth in save percentage (.944).

DESSI DUPUY, Lynchburg, Freshman, ForwardOctober 03, 2011Dupuy, a freshman from Lynchburg, Va., picks up her second weekly award after collecting 22 points last week. Dupuy scored 11 goals in three games played. She tallied five goals against Eastern Mennonite University, tying a school record for most goals in a single game. Dupuy added three goals against conference opponent Hollins University and added another three in the victory over Meredith College. Her 20 total goals are five short of the school record for most goals in a season. She has scored a goal in eight straight games. Out of the 26 goals Lynchburg scored last week, 11 came from Dupuy. She ranks first in the ODAC in goals (20) and points (45).

KATHERINE RUSH, Washington and Lee, Freshman, MidfielderSeptember 26, 2011Rush, a freshman from Cornelius, N.C., finished the week with 10 points (4g, 2a) over two games against Randolph College and Eastern Mennonite. In an 8-0 win over Randolph, she finished with a hat trick, registering two goals in the first half and one in the second, including her first goal of the match coming just 12 seconds in. During the 5-0 triumph over Eastern Mennonite, Rush finished with a goal and two assists. Rush currently leads W&L with 19 points (8g, 3a) and has started every game of her rookie campaign. She also ranks fourth in points (19) and second in goals (8) in the ODAC.

DESSI DUPUY, Lynchburg, Freshman, ForwardSeptember 19, 2011Dupuy, a freshman from Lynchburg, Va., led the Hornets to a pair of shutout victories by notching 10 points on the week with four goals and two assists. Dupuy scored twice and dished out a pair of assists to have a hand in four of LC's five goals in a 5-0 win over Methodist. She followed that up with two more goals in a 9-0 victory over Sweet Briar to open LC's ODAC schedule. Dupuy is currently fourth in the ODAC in points (12) and goals scored (5).

JESSICA EDELMAN, Virginia Wesleyan, Junior, ForwardSeptember 12, 2011Edelman, a junior from Voorhees, N.J., earns her second straight ODAC weekly honor after leading the Marlins to a trio of wins over the past week. Edelman extended her scoring streak to five consecutive games as she helped guide victories over regionally-ranked Christopher Newport University, Kean University and Western Connecticut State University. She scored the lone goals in the 1-0 wins over CNU and Kean and came through with an assist on VWC's goal to tie WSCU early in the second half. The Marlins went on to win that contest 4-1. Edelman leads VWC with five goals and two assists in a 5-0 start, the best for VWC since 2005. She is tied for the ODAC lead in goals scored and tied for second in points (12).

JESSICA EDELMAN, Virginia Wesleyan, Junior, ForwardSeptember 06, 2011Edelman, a junior from Voorhees, N.J., started the season strong with the Marlins' first goal of the campaign and eventual game-winner in a 3-0 win over DeSales University. She had a hand in all three goals of the Marlins 3-0 victory over St. Benedict (Minn.). She notched the first goal of the game in the 13th minute, followed by an assist to Bre Ingargiola on her 14th minute tally. Edelman added the third and final score of the game in the 64th minute. Edelman already has seven points on the season, tops in the ODAC through the first week of the new campaign. She is tied for first with three goals scored.
