Koch, a sophomore from Raleigh, N.C., moved to the top of the NCAA Division III charts in hitting percentage following an error-free attacking week in Randolph-Macon's two ODAC victories. Koch, who now leads the conference and country with a .463 hitting mark, collected nine kills at a .474-rate to go with four digs and four blocks in a 3-1 victory at Washington and Lee. She continued her strong season in a 3-0 victory at Hollins. She went for 11 kills and hit .579 for the match while adding an assist, a dig, and three more blocks to give her seven in seven sets played for the week. She finished the week with 25.0 total points at 3.6 per set patrolling the Yellow Jackets front line. For the season, Koch is seventh in the ODAC in block assists (44), total blocks (48), blocks per set (0.89). She has racked up 120 kills in 227 attacks with just 15 errors in 54 total sets played. She has hit better than .400 in 11-of-15 matches played including five of her past six outings.
