Emily Miller, Shenandoah, Jr.

Miller, a junior from Gainesville, Va., went record hunting this weekend as she led Shenandoah at the Don Cathcart Invitational hosted by Salisbury University. Miller finished fourth overall in a field of 133 runners and third among Division III competitors on the six-kilometer course, posting a time of 22:10.9. That set a new Shenandoah record by 11-seconds at the Winter Place Park course in Salisbury, Md., snapping a mark that was established 10 years prior by Amy Smith. Miller's time is the ODAC's second-fastest 6K time of the season, chiming in just 0:01.00 shy of Calista Ariel's (BC) time at the ODAC Preview.
