FIELD HOCKEY PLAYER OF THE WEEK
ALYSSA DERSTINE, EASTERN MENNONITE UNIVERSITY
Derstine, a junior from Telford, Pennsylvania,
tallied three goals and an assist in a 2-0 week for the now second
place EMU Lady Royals. Derstine, who ranks second in the ODAC
in goals scored (14), and goals per game average (1.00), had a goal
and assist in a 5-1 win over Bridgewater and then followed that up
with a pair of goals in a Homecoming win over Virginia Wesleyan on
Saturday. EMU is now second behind Randolph-Macon in the
ODAC.

GOLFER OF THE WEEK
ROBERT WOMBLE, WASHINGTON AND LEE UNIVERSITY
Womble, a junior from Raleigh, North Carolina, was
the top ODAC individual at the Hampden-Sydney Invitational at The
Manor. He placed second with a two-round total of 150
(74-76), good for six-over-par. The Generals finished third
as a team with a score of 628 (309-319; 52-over-par).

MEN'S SOCCER PLAYER OF THE WEEK
JONATHAN BOLTON, RANDOLPH COLLEGE
Bolton, a sophomore from Richmond, Virginia,
continued his scoring tear with three goals during the week,
including game-winners in the WildCats two conference victories.
Bolton first recorded two goals in a 2-1 win against
Randolph-Macon, and then netted the game-winner in overtime at
Hampden-Sydney for a 1-0 Randolph win. On the season Bolton has
totaled a team-high 17 points with eight goals and one
assist. He also becomes the first male student from Randolph
to earn a weekly ODAC award.

| Jordan Troyer, RC | Notched the first goal and added an assist in a 3-0 win over Emory & Henry; scored the game-winner in a 1-0 win over Eastern Mennonite, moving the Maroons to 4-1 in ODAC play. |
| Brandon Massie, VWC | Continued his strong scoring run with a pair of goals and an assist in the second of two games for VWC last week; has notched two goals each in four of his past five games played. |
WOMEN'S SOCCER PLAYER OF THE WEEK
KATELYN LePORE, EMORY & HENRY COLLEGE
LePore, a freshman from Tourtville, Virginia, was
instrumental in the Wasps two victories this week. LePore had an
assist in the Wasps 4-2 victory over Mountain State and she had the
game winning goal just 3:27 into overtime in the Wasps ODAC victory
over Randolph-Macon. LePore has seven goals and three assists on
the season for the Wasps.

| Allison Lennox, VWC | Picked up her sixth shutout of the season and played 71-plus minutes of a second whitewashing to help the Marlins to a pair of wins; made one save in each game. |
VOLLEYBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK
REBECCA LEEDOM, VIRGINIA WESLEYAN
COLLEGE
Leedom, a sophomore from Virginia Beach, Virginia,
helped VWC to a 5-0 week with 77 total kills and a .348 hitting
percentage. Highlighting her week was a 24-kill effort
against Bridgewater College, an effort that tied the VWC match
record for kills. Leedom hit .367 in that match. Leedom
also had matches of 18, 16 and 10 kills. She recorded a
season-best hitting percentage in the week as well, a .474 mark in
a 3-0 win over Salem College in the Averett University
Invitational. She completed her scoreline with 47 digs, eight
blocks and five aces for the week. She entered the weekend in
second in the ODAC in total kills with 214 and fourth in kills per
game at 3.19.
