Corey Armentrout, Bridgewater, Freshman, Pitcher

Armentrout, a freshman from Harrisonburg, Va., made two appearances and was 1-1 with a 0.00 ERA in 10 innings pitched.  Armentrout took the loss when he game up an unearned run in the 11th in a 2-1 loss to Ferrum. He allowed just one hit while striking out three and walking two in four-plus innings on the mound. He picked up the win with six shutout innings as the Eagles defeated No. 5 Cortland State, 4-1. Armetrout allowed just two hits while striking out five and walking two.

Ryan Lindsay, Guilford, Freshman
Lindsay earned the victory in Guilford’s comeback win over Maryville with three innings of scoreless relief… allowed two hits, no walks and fanned one… held the Scots to .182 batting.

Michael Mansfield, Lynchburg, Sophomore
Mansfield went a perfect 3-3 on save opportunities last week for the Hornets, while pitching a total of five and two-thirds innings. He only gave up one hit and one run in all three appearances and only walked two. Only one other pitcher in the ODAC has registered a save in the conference so far.

Jamie Hendrick, Randolph-Macon, Junior
Hendrick pitched a complete game shut-out in 2-0 victory at Mary Washington.  The junior threw seven innings allowing no earned runs and allowing just six hits.  Hendrick registered six strikeouts, while walking just one.

Dalton Altizer, Roanoke, Freshman
Altizer won his first collegiate game vs. Maine-Presque Isle, striking out five batters while allowing only one hit in four innings during the Maroons 7-1 victory over the Owls.
