  • Washington and Lee Finishes as Runner-Up, Guilford Fifth at NCAA Men's Golf Champs

    There are three reasons to celebrate ODAC men's golf as a pair of conference teams earned top five honors and a conference student-athlete is a national individual golf champion for the third straight year.
  • Guilford, Washignton and Lee Ready for NCAA Men's Golf Championship

    For the third time in the last five years, Guilford College will perform double-duty at the NCAA Division III Men's Golf Championships. This season, however, the Quakers have some extra ODAC support. Guilford College and Washington and Lee University both open play on Tuesday as full teams in the national championship event at Grandover Resort in Greensboro, N.C. Guilford, in association with the Greensboro Sports Commission, will also serve as hosts for the four-day event. The pair combined efforts for the same championship in 2014 and 2015.
  • ODAC Women's Golfers Conclude Season at NCAA Championships

    The ODAC women's golf contingent did have quite as much success at Mission Inn Resort & Golf Club in Howey-in-the-Hills, Fla., this week as they did at Bay Oaks Country Club in Houston, Texas, last year, but any time you finish a campaign playing among the NCAA Division III's best at a national championship, you chalk that up as a good season.

Bridgewater College senior Christina Herbert, the 2017 NCAA Division III national champion, earned ODAC Player of the Year honors for a second straight year to lead the conference's annual set of awards.
  • Guilford Completes Second Straight Wire-to-Wire Finish in ODAC Men's Golf

    Guilford College increased its number of conference men's golf titles to a record 17 crowns with its second straight wire-to-wire finish in the ODAC Men's Golf Championship, giving the Quakers seven league trophies in the last eight years. Quakers occupied the top-three spots on the final leaderboard with all five scoring players finishing 10th or better.
  • Washington and Lee Goes Wire-to-Wire for Second ODAC Title

    All five Washington and Lee University players finished second thru sixth on the final leaderboard as the Generals completed a wire-to-wire performance to capture the program's second ODAC women's golf championship on Monday afternoon.

    The ODAC golf ranks head to a new location for championship play this weekend as Bryan Park Golf and Conference Center is set to host the 2018 ODAC Men's and Women's Golf Championships just north of Greensboro in Browns Summit, N.C. Play is slated for 54 holes on the Champion Course at Bryan Park.

  • Guilford Headlines ODAC Men's Golf Coaches Poll

    Guilford College lifted its 16th ODAC men's golf trophy in 2017 and opens the 2018 spring season as the favorite to repeat following its assignment to the top position in the ODAC Men's Golf Coaches Poll. The Quakers collected nine first place votes on the way to a table-topping 99 points. Washington and Lee University earned the remaining two top nods towards 90 total tallies, while Virginia Wesleyan University rounds out the top-three with 80 points.

    Women's golf has been an official ODAC sport for a little less than six years. Despite the relatively short track record, conference athletes have shot up the charts and challenged the best NCAA Division III has to offer. The level of exposure reached a whole new level last season.
