Conley Hurst, Washington and Lee, Sr.

Hurst, a senior from Little Rock Arkansas, placed 17th overall at the Gordin Collegiate Classic, an event that featured several of the nation's top NCAA Division III squads. Hurst finished at 8-over par on the 6,600-yard par-71 track at Delaware Golf Club in Delaware, Ohio. He carded a pair of 72's in the first two rounds, and then battled the elements towards a 77 over the final 18 holes. Washington and Lee carded team rounds of 295, 300 and 308 to finish 11th overall.  For the season, Hurst is seventh in the ODAC with a 74.2 per round average.

Men's Golf Weekly Honor Roll

Carlos Andrade, Emory & Henry (Fr.)
Andrade tied for third with six other players at the King University Invitational. He carded rounds of 3-over 73 and 3-under 67 to finish at even-par 140 and five strokes off the lead. E&H was 8th in the team standings.

Lance Wheeler, Virginia Wesleyan (Fr.)
Wheeler continued his strong play to begin his collegiate career as he tied for fourth at the Bay Creek Invitational. He posted rounds of 74 and 76 to finish at 7-over on the Nicklaus Course, set to a par of 72. VWC placed second to host Christopher Newport in the team standings.
