Duffy, a senior from Suwanee, Ga., put together a pair of top-four finishes this past week, including his first collegiate medal. Duffy won the Marlin Invitational at Sleep Hole Golf Course in Suffolk, Va. Duffy carded a 2-over 74 on day one before wrapping up with an even-par 72 for a 2-over 146. His efforts helped the Marlins to the team title at 28-over 604. Earlier in the week, Duffy tied for fourth overall at the Glenn Heath Memorial hosted by The Apprentice School. He finished just three shots backs of winner Doc Schulte from Shenandoah at 9-over par 153 following rounds of 76 and 77 and the par 72 track at the Williamsburg Club. His efforts, along with second-place finisher Carter Morgan, helped VWU to first in the team standings at 40-over 616 (315-301).

Men's Golf Weekly Honor Roll

Andrew Alderfer, EMU: tied his low round of the season with a 76 in round one at the Marlins Invitational. He fired an 80 on day two for 12-over 156 and eighth overall.

Doc Schulte, SU: won the Glenn Heath Memorial at 6-over 150 (77-73). Helped SU to fifth (649) in the team standings. Followed up with an 11-over 155 (80-75) at the Marlin Invitational to place sixth overall.
