Randy Lott, Virginia Wesleyan, Jr.

Lott, a junior from Virginia Beach, Va., won the 60-meter dash at  the 2013 Mason-Dixon Indoor Championships with a time of 6.98, tying the ODAC top time he established earlier this season.  Lott also placed fifth in the 200-meter dash with a VWC record time of 22.86, breaking the former record of 22.88 set by Jason Taylor in 2009.  That stands as the fastest time in the ODAC this season.  Lott also ran a leg on the 4x400-meter relay team that finished second with a VWC record time of 3:27.31, breaking the former mark of 3:28.31.  That time is second-best in the ODAC and qualified the Marlins for the Penn Relays.

Men's Indoor Track Weekly Honor Roll

Tyler Beiler, Bridgewater College - (Senior, Sprints - Ronks, Pa)
At the VMI Winter relays this past weekend in Lexington,Va., Beiler paced the way for the Eagles in the 55-meter dash with a 6.62 second performance. The senior crossed the line as the top non-Division I finisher in the event and the time was the top time for any Bridgewater runner in the event this season. 

Chad Norton, Guilford College - (Jr, - Walled Lake, Mich.)
Norton broke the school record by over two seconds in the mile with a time of 4:22.42 at the Kent Taylor Invitational.  His time is second-fastest in the ODAC this season as he finished fifth in the race, tops among Division III harriers. Norton also ran a leg on one of Guilford's 4x400 relays, which placed third in 3:39.70.  Norton owns the ODAC's second-fastest times in the mile and 3,000 this year and the fourth-best 5,000 time.

Eric Van Dunk, Lynchburg College -
(Senior, Thrower - Mahwah, NJ)
Van Dunk only threw in one event at the Sprint, Jumps, Throws Challenge Part II, but it was a very successful one. He finished tops among all Division III throwers in the shot put. His toss of 48'6.75" was a season best for him.

A.J. Bernstein, Roanoke -
(Jr., - Germantown, TN)
AJ Bernstein won his heat of the 800-meter and finished 18th overall with a personal best time of 1:56. This stands as the fastest time in ODAC by over two seconds going into conference championship.
