Green, a senior from Fredericksburg, Va., earned MVP honors at the BB&T Tip-Off Classic hosted by Shenandoah this weekend.  He led the Hornets to a pair of wins and tournament title.  Green put together two 29-point 6-rebound performances, shooting 63.6-percent from the field (21-of-33) overall.  He was also 14-of-20 from the line and knocked down a pair of three-pointers.  In an 84-77 triumph over Methodist, Green added four assists and three steals to his output.  He chipped in two more dimes and pair of thefts in a 76-71 championship win over Hood.  Green was limited to just nine games in 2012-13 due to injury.
