Fitchett, a junior from Williamsburg, Va., helped the Maroons open the season with a 1-1 showing at the Penn State-Harrisburg Tip-Off.  Fitchett averaged 24.0 points over the two games, shooting 71.4-percent from the field in splitting contests against Lebanon Valley College and Rutgers-Camden.  In a tight 101-98 setback to LVC, Fitchett poured in a career-best 27 points on a 12-of-16 shooting from the field, which included a 3-of-3 showing from beyond the arc.  He added five rebounds, an assist and a steal.  Fitchett followed with 21 points in the Maroons 116-82 triumph over Rutgers-Camden.  He was 8-of-12 overall and 1-of-1 from deep, adding in a 4-for-5 showing from the stripe.  He chipped in three steals to go with two boards and a pair of assists.
