Fields, a junior from Edgewood, Md., put together a strong week in the WildCats' 1-1 showing as he averaged 25.0 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 3.0 assists over the two conference contests. Fields opened with 14 points on 6-of-13 shooting with seven rebounds in a 84-72 setback to Roanoke. She added three assists and two blocked shots to his stat line. In game two, Fields helped Randolph rebound for a 90-82 win over Eastern Mennonite with a career-high 36 points, which marked his second 30-point outing of the month. He went 14-of-25 from the field and 7-of-8 from the foul line while adding in nine rebounds including four via the offensive glass. He also dished out three assists. For the season, Fields third in the ODAC in points scored (301) and fourth in scoring average (17.7). He is third in field goals made (109) and fourth in free throws made (69).

Week Nine Men's Basketball Notes

- Eastern Mennonite wing Isaiah Harris-Winn averaged 14.0 points and 4.0 rebounds in the Royals' 0-2 week. He had 16 points and two steals in an 86-85 last-second loss to Washington and Lee. He followed with 12 points and seven rebounds with three assists in a 90-82 loss at Randolph.

- Guilford guard Carson Long hit five three-pointers on the way to 21 points in the Quakers' 76-59 win at Emory & Henry. He had eight points and five rebounds in a 64-58 setback to Hampden-Sydney.

- Lynchburg guard Zack Burnett posted two strong games in the Hornets 1-1 week. He scored 24 points on 7-of-11 shooting including 4-of-7 from deep with five rebounds in a 94-76 win over Hampden-Sydney. He added 19 points on 8-of-16 shooting with a trio of three-pointers in a 72-70 loss at Randolph-Macon. 

- Darryl Williams helped keep Randolph-Macon winning by averaging 15.5 points and 3.5 rebounds last week. He scored 14 points on 6-of-10 from the field to go with four rebounds in a 74-47 win at Shenandoah. He was 5-for-5 from three-point range on the way to 17 points with three boards in a 72-70 win over Lynchburg.

- Guard C.J. Miles helped Roanoke to a 2-0 week in a pair of conference games last week. He notched 14 points to go with four rebounds and two steals in a 84-72 win at Randolph. He followed with a game-best 23 points on 8-of-13 from the field that included a 5-of-6 showing from three-point range in a 75-61 win over Washington and Lee. He chipped in three boards and a pair of assists.

- Virginia Wesleyan guard Khory Moore scored 22 points and registered five steals to help the Marlins to a 94-62 win at Bridgewater. He followed that with 34 points and five boards in an 88-79 victory at Shenandoah. He was 20-of-32 from the field for the week, incluidng 11-of-18 with five made three-pointers at SU.
