Williams, a junior from Triangle, Va., helped Shenandoah kick off the ODAC season at 1-1 by averaging 34.5 points and shooting 68.3-percent from the field over the two outings. Williams set a new career-high with 40 points despite an 86-72 setback at Eastern Mennonite in their respective ODAC openers. He was 18-of-22 from the field with a trio of three-point field goals made. The 40 points are tied for 18th-most in Division III this season, while the 18 field goals made are tied for fifth-most this year. He added six rebounds, four assists, and a steal to his stat line. Williams put in a second 36-minute shift on the weekend in an 81-71 win over Ferrum. He scored 29 points on 10-of-19 shooting from the field and 7-of-8 from the line. He added six rebounds and six assists with two steals. For the season, Williams leads the ODAC in scoring (22.9/g) and is third in total points (160) and defensive rebounds (48). He is averaging 7.9 rebounds per game.
