Andreas Combos, Virginia Wesleyan, So., #2 Singles, #2 Doubles

Combos, a sophomore from Raleigh, N.C., went 4-0 combined between doubles and singles action to help the Marlins to a pair of key ODAC victories to keep the top of the table within striking distance. Combos earned a 6-0, 6-0, win at #2 singles and joined Anthony Wilson for an 8-0 triumph at #2 doubles in a 5-0 victory over Randolph. He and Wilson found the going a little tougher against Lynchburg, but still pulled out an 8-6 win in doubles play. Combos followed with a 7-5, 6-4, triumph at #2 singles on the way to an 8-1 team victory. Combos is now 7-6 in singles play this spring, including 4-2 at #2 singles. He is now 7-7 overall in doubles play and 6-4 when partnered with Wilson.

Men's Tennis Weekly Honor Roll

Mason Robb, GC: helped the Quakers to a fourth straight triumph with an 8-1 non-conference victory over William Peace. Won 6-0, 6-0 at #2 singles and 8-4 at #2 doubles with Elijah Gregory.

Jacob Haines, R-MC: won 6-0, 6-0, at #1 singles and 8-1 at #3 doubles with Jack Aprahamian in a 9-0 team win over Emory & Henry.

Grayson White, RC: picked up a 6-0, 6-0, win at #3 singles and an 8-6 victory at #1 doubles with Jose Alvarado in a 6-3 win over Randolph.
