Baughan, a senior from Warsaw, Va., registered four multi-hit games on the way to slashing .714/.647/1.143 in a 4-0 week for nationally 12th-ranked Randolph-Macon. She also went 1-0 in two appearances in the circle. At the dish, Baughan went 6-for-8 with two doubles, three RBI, and three runs scored in an ODAC road sweep (8-0, 7-0) at Ferrum. In game two, she went 4-for-5 with both doubles. She also went the distance in the circle, earning the shutout on three hits with two walks and seven strikeouts. Baughan went 4-for-6 with a walk in a second ODAC road sweep (4-0, 4-3) at Guilford. She was 2-for-3 in game one with a walk, two RBI, and a run score. In game two, she again was 2-for-3 with a double and the go-ahead homer in the seventh inning. She started that game in the circle, working the first 5.0 innings and giving up two runs on six hits with two walks and a pair of punchouts in a no-decision. For the season, Baughan is slashing .366/.400/.634, with her SLG ranking third in the league. She is second in homeruns (7), RBI (40) and total bases (78). She is third in hits (45) and doubles (12). On the pitching plate, Baughan is 15-2 in 19 appearances, all starts. She is tied with teammate Gracie Ellis for the ODAC lead in wins, is third in innings pitched (118.1), fourth in ERA (1.48), and fifth in strikeouts (84). Opponents are hitting .239 against her.

Ellis, a sophomore from New Kent, Va., continues the ODAC's strong representation of national caliber pitching performances as she is the second straight ODAC Pitcher of the Week to feature a perfect game among her weekly exploits. Ellis went 3-0 last week with pair of shutouts and victories in both set of a doubleheader. Her second career perfect game was a seven-inning effort in an 8-0 triumph at Ferrum. She struck out 12 batters in facing the minimum number of Panthers. Ellis threw up another zero on the scoreboard with a 4-0 shutout in game one at Guilford. She scattered six hits and did not walk a batter while fanning eight Quakers. She earned the victory in game two of the series, working the final two innings of a 4-3 triumph. She allowed one run on three hits. She did not walk a batter and struck out three. For the season, Ellis is 15-4 with two saves in 21 appearances including 17 starts. She leads the ODAC in complete games (16), shutouts (8), strikeouts (157), strikeouts per game (8.86), ERA (1.13), and opponent batting average (.153). She is second in innings pitched (124.0).

Prosser, a first-year from Clayton, N.C., was not just an on-base machine as Virginia Wesleyan's lead-off hitter last week, but she was adept as a run-producer to help the nationally 13th-ranked Marlins to a 6-0 showing against ODAC foes. Prosser went 9-for-13 overall with six RBI, seven runs scored, and nine stolen bases. In a sweep (3-2, 4-1) of Shenandoah, Prosser went 1-for-2 in game two and stole a base in both contests. She went 4-for-5 in a road sweep (8-1, 14-0 in 5 inn.) of Eastern Mennonite. She drove in a run, scored once, and stole a base in game one. In game two, she plated a pair of Marlins and scored twice herself while also swiping two more bases. In a sweep (14-5 in 5 inn., 15-0 in 5 inn.) of Ferrum, Prosser registered her second and third straight 2-for-2 games. She walked, scored twice, and drove in a pair with a stolen base in game one. In the second game, she stole three bags, doubled in a run, and scored two more times. For the season, the Marlins centerfielder leads the ODAC in this (51) and runs scored (35). She is second in batting (.415) and stolen bases (30), sixth in total bases (55), and eighth in OBP (.450).

Bible, a sophomore from Danville, Calif., highlighted a strong pitching week in ODAC softball as she collected three victories and allowed just one unearned run over 16.0 innings in the circle for nationally 13th-ranked Virginia Wesleyan. Bible's effort included a five-inning perfect game in a 15-0 triumph over Ferrum. She struck out four of the 15 Panthers she faced in Sunday's triumph. Earlier in the week, Bible gave up one unearned run on three hits in a 4-1 victory over Shenandoah. She walked one and struck out four over 7.0 frames. She closed the game by retiring 10 of the final 11 Hornets she faced. Bible's middle outing of the week was also nearly unblemished. She tossed four shutout innings to earn a 14-0 win at Eastern Mennonite in a five-inning shortened affair. She gave up three hits and walk one while striking out a pair. For the season, Bible is 10-1 in 17 appearances including seven starts. She has struck out 43 batters in 74.0 innings in the circle. She owns a 1.42 ERA -- third-best in the ODAC -- and opponents are hitting .240 against her.

Hester, a senior from Wendell, N.C., got it done both at the dish and in the circle in helping Roanoke to a 4-0 week that included a pair of ODAC sweeps of Ferrum (1-0, 10-2) and Eastern Mennonite (6-5, 2-0) to wrap-up the fourth seed in the upcoming conference tournament. With a bat in her hand, Hester slashed .600/.714/.600 as she reached safely in 10-of-14 plate appearances. In the sweep of Ferrum, Hester went 1-for-1 in both games, but also walked twice in each contest. She scored two runs and drove in one while also stealing a base. In the circle, She earned a victory in game two against the Panthers. She gave up one run on four this with 5 walks and a strikeout over 4.0 innings in the shortened outing. Hester went 4-for-8 in the sweep at Eastern Mennonite. She drove in a run in game one and scored once in game two. She fired a two-hit shutout in the second game. She walked a pair and struck out five. For the season, Hester leads the ODAC in hitting (.465) and doubles (14). She is second in OBP (.505), fifth in slugging (.717), and sixth in hits (46). In the circle, Hester is 4-7 with a save in 13 appearances including nine starts covering 56.0 innings. She owns a .388 ERA and has struck out 41 batters.

Ellis, a freshman from New Kent, Va., caps her first collegiate regular season with her fifth ODAC weekly award after tossing 16.0 scoreless innings in three appearances for Randolph-Macon last week. Ellis opened with a two-hit shutout for a 3-0 non-conference win over McDaniel College. She did not walk a batter and fanned eight. She retired the first nine batters she faced, gave up two singles in the fourth, and then set down the next 11 batters in a dominating effort. Ellis turned up the strikeout total in a second two-hit shutout, this time on the road at Shenandoah. She did walk one batter, but struck out 14 Hornets on the way to a 2-0 victory. The 14 K's mark her seventh game with 10 or more punchouts. She closed the game by retiring 11 consecutive batters. Ellis capped her week with a pair of unblemished frames in a 1-0 loss to SU in game two. Four of the six outs she recorded were by strikeout. For the season, Ellis is 17-3 with three saves in 24 appearances including 17 starts. Her win total is second in the ODAC along. She leads the league in ERA (1.08), strikeouts (183), K's per seven innings (9.88), and shutouts (7). She is second in innings pitched (129.2) and third in opponents batting average (.166).

Wimer, a senior from Broadway, Va., earns her second weekly award after leading Bridgewater to a 2-2 week against ODAC competition to move the Eagles records to 21-15 and 11-5 in conference play. That ranks them second in the league table. Wimer generated at least one run in each contest and reached base nine times over 15 plate appearances (.600 OBP) in the four game. In a split (4-5, 9-0) with Roanoke, she went 1-for-4 with two walks, two RBI, and three runs scored. One of those runs was the an inside-the-park homerun in game one. That round-tripper marked her 11th homer, setting a new BC single-season record. In a split (3-4, 10-4) on the road at Shenandoah, Wimer went 5-for-8 with a double, four RBI, walk, a run scored, and a stolen base. She went 2-for-4 with an RBI in game one, and then drove in three in game two as she went 3-for-4 with a walk. Wimer was also error from the field and threw out a pair of would-be basestealers. For the season, Wimer is third in the ODAC in hitting (.445) and leads the league in OBP (.523) and slugging (.855). She is second in hits (49) and first in homers (11), RBI (44), total bases (94) and walks (19).

Charlton, a sophomore from Chesapeake, Va., picks up her first ODAC weekly award after pitching Lynchburg to a pair of conference wins to improve the Hornets records to 21-17 overall and 11-5 in league play. Charlton won both of her starts last week, including an eight-inning marathon in game one of a split at Randolph College. She tossed all eight frames and allowed just one unearned run, which was the eighth-inning tiebreaker runner, in Lynchburg's 6-1 victory. She scattered seven hits and struck out one. After allowing a lead-off single, she set down the next nine WildCats. Charlton then posted her second complete victory in a 7-5 decision over Ferrum. She allowed five runs with two being earned. She worked around eight hits and did not walk a batter for a second straight outing. She fanned six Panthers. For the season, Charlton is now is now 10-4 with two saves in 15 appearances (10 starts) covering 100.1 innings in the circle. She has struck out 63 allowed just 11 walks. She owns a 2.09 ERA and opponents are hitting .251 against her.

Powell, a first-year from Vinton, Va., helped Lynchburg to a 4-2 week against ODAC opponents to close the regular season in lead-up to the ODAC Tournament. Powell slashed at .500/.522/.636, going 11-for-22 with three doubles, seven RBI, four runs scored, a walk, and three stolen bases over the six outings. She drove in at least one run in the first five games of the week. Powell went 2-for-4 in both games of a road sweep of Roanoke (1-0, 8-7), driving in a run in each contest. She doubled in game two and stole a base in game one. In a sweep of Guilford, Powell went 4-for-4 with two doubles, two RBI, two runs scored, and a stolen base in an 8-7 win in game one. She went 2-for-3 in game two with two RBI, a run scored, and stolen base towards a 12-2 win. In a sweep loss at Emory & Henry (8-5, 7-2), she singled, walked, and drove in a run in game one. For the season, Powell is slashing .346/.444/.369 with nine doubles and 23 RBI. She is tied for the team lead with eight stolen bases.

Hull, a graduate student from Chesterfield, Va., won four times last week in five decisions and six appearances as the Marlins locked up the top seed entering the ODAC Tournament. The four victories increased Hull's career total to 124 wins, tying her for #1 all-time in NCAA Division III history. She opened with a 16-1 win over Eastern Mennonite, working the first 3.0 innings in the five-frame victory. She did not allow a run or hit and did not walk a batter while fanning five Royals. Virginia Wesleyan, ranked second in the country, and #10 Emory & Henry then completed the series they began a few weeks prior, which was halted in the first game and restarted last week. VWU won the first game 10-0 in five innings with Hull going 3.0 frames. She did not allow a hit or run and walked one batter with four strikeouts. Hull then started game two and went the distance, giving up one run on four hits in seven innings. She walked four batters and struck out 15 Wasps on the way to a 4-1 triumph. Hull then suffered her third loss of the season in a 5-2 result against visiting Shenandoah. She gave up five runs on three hits with five walks and five strikeouts. She rebounded well in game one against Roanoke, working a full seven frames on the way to a 5-0 win. She did not allow a run and gave up just two hits with two walks and 11 strikeouts. She worked the final inning of game two -- a 1-0 Maroons win -- giving up a hit and striking out a pair. For the season, Hull is 16-3 with a 1.64 ERA in 102.2 innings of work. She has struck out 136 batters and teams are hitting only .143 against her.

Braun, a senior from Lexington, S.C., put together a strong week both at the dish and in the circle as she helped nationally 17th-ranked Emory & Henry to a 4-0 week against ODAC opponents. With a bat in her hand, Braun slashed at .583/.643/1.000 in going 7-for-12 with a pair of doubles, a homer, six RBI and four runs scored over the Wasps four games. On the pitching plate, she started twice and earned a pair of complete game victories with 18 strikeouts over 14.0 innings of work. In a sweep of Ferrum, she went 3-for-3 in game one with a two-run homer to spot E&H a 2-0 lead on the way to an 8-1 win. In game two, she doubled in addition to shutting out the Panthers, 1-0. She scattered five hits and walked a pair while fanning seven batters over 7.0 frames in the circle. Braun began a road sweep of Bridgewater by going 1-for-4 and scoring the eventual game-winning run in a 2-1 win. In a 7-4 victory in game two, she went 2-for-3 with a double and four RBI while scoring twice and walking once. In the circle, she gave up four runs on eight hits with walks and 11 strikeouts in seven innings. For the season at the plate, Braun leads the ODAC in batting (.564), OBP (.595), slugging (1.013), doubles (17) and homers (6). She is second in hits (44), RBI (32), and total bases (79) and third in runs (27). In the circle, she is 10-2 with a save in 13 appearances including 12 starts. She has struck out 92 batters, the second most in the ODAC, and owns a 1.93 ERA in 79.2 innings of work. She has posted complete games in all 12 starts.

Derr, a senior from Denver, N.C., put together a 1.0 ERA and two wins against ODAC competition last week to help the nationally 17th-ranked Wasps stay atop the league table and push Emory & Henry's winning streak to nine straight games. Derr opened the week with a complete-game five-hitter in an 8-1 win over Ferrum. She gave up one run while scattering those five hits. She walked five batters and fanned 11 Panthers over seven full frames. In a 2-1 win on the road at Bridgewater, Derr surrendered one run on just three hits. She walked six, but made up for that with 13 strikeouts to give her 24 punchouts over 14.0 innings for the week. On the season, Derr leads the ODAC with 101 strikeouts. She is 10-1 with a 3.30 ERA over 70.0 innings pitched. The opposition is hitting .199 against her.

Davis, a sophomore from King George, Va., put together a strong showing in which she slashed at .615/.688/1.077 in the Royals 2-2 week that featured splits with Southern Virginia (5-4, 5-11) and Mary Baldwin (5-4, 4-6). Davis doubled, drove in a run, and scored a run in game against at SVU. She went 2-for-3 with a double, walk, and run scored in game two. Eastern Mennonite's leadoff hitter went 3-for-3 with a double, walk, stolen base, and three runs scored in game one at MBU. She went 2-for-3 with a homer, RBI, walk, and two runs scored in the second game against the Fighting Squirrels. For the season, Davis is sixth in the league in both batting average (.472) and on-base percentage (.558). She is fifth in slugging (.750).

Scalley, a sophomore from Cedar Knolls, N.J., earned a trio of victories over three starts last week, going the distance in each contest. Scalley pitched twice against MacMurray College on different days, giving up just one run over 14 innings. In the first game, she gave up 1 run on 4 hits with 3 walks and a career-high 11 strikeouts in an 8-1 triumph. She came back the next day and posted a two hit shutout against the Highlanders in a 2-0 victory. She walked one and reset her collegiate-best mark with 12 punchouts over seven innings. Scalley was back in the win column via a 9-6 victory over Mary Washington. She gave up six runs with just three earned on six hits. She walked six and registered seven strikeouts to give her 30 Ks over 21.0 innings pitched for the week. On the season, Scalley is 3-3 with a 3.63 earned run average combing 34.2 innings of work. She has struck out 40 batters, fifth-best in the ODAC.

Chitwood, a senior from Ferrum, Va., is now just three homeruns away from tying the ODAC single-season record after cracking two more in a sweep of Eastern Mennonite last week. Chitwood, who slashed .667/.750/1.667 in the series, hammered a three-run homer to set the tone in the first inning of an 8-3 victory in game one. She added a to her line. In game two, the Hornets first baseman went 3-for-3 including a two-run homer on the way to three RBI and a 7-2 triumph. Chitwood's ODAC-best 14 homers are currently ranked #2 in NCAA Division III. She also leads the ODAC in total bases (102) and is second in RBI (53) and slugging (.836). She is fourth with 48 hits. Her RBI total and slugging percentage are both ranked third in the country.

Hull, a junior from Chesterfield, Va., improved to 22-1 with two conference wins last week. She also became the first pitcher in ODAC history and 25th in the NCAA Division III record books to crack 1,000 career strikeouts. She fanned 24 this week, pushing career total to 1,005 punchouts in just short of three seasons. Hull opened her week with a 9-1 win over Shenandoah in five innings. She gave up one run on three hits with two walks and nine strikeouts. The run was just her sixth overall and fourth earned run allowed against conference competition this season. Hull was even better in a 5-0 no-hit shutout over Ferrum. She was one hit-batter away from a perfect game as she struck out 15 Panthers for her 13th double figure strikeout game of the season. Hull currently leads the country in wins (22), strikeouts per seven innings (14.0), and ERA (0.38). She's second with 257 strikeouts.

Varner, a sophomore from Bassett, Va., enjoyed a power surge with six of her eight hits going for extra bases, helping the Wasps to a 2-2 week. Varner slashed .571/.625/1.500 with a double, three triples, two homers, five RBI, and seven runs scored. In a split at Bridgewater, Varner went 5-for-8 with four extra-base hits, four RBI, and four runs scored. She came up a single short of the cycle in game one, going 3-for-5 with three RBI and three runs scored in a 10-3 victory. She accounted for the Wasps run in a 2-1 setback in game two, leaving the yard for a second time in the series. Varner went 3-for-6 with two walks, a RBI, and three runs scored in a split at Shenandoah. She tripled, walked twice, drove in a run and scored two more in an 8-2 win in game one. She tripled again in the nightcap, scoring once in a 4-2 loss. For the season, Varner is 12th in the ODAC with a .410 batting average, sixth with a .496 on-base percentage, and #1 with an .870 slugging percentage. She also leads the ODAC with 39 runs scored, is second with 11 homers, and third with 87 total bases.

Hall, a sophomore from Franklin County, Va., helped the nationally top-ranked Marlins run their current winning streak to 12 straight games with a pair of shutout victories. Hall opened with a four-hit effort over seven frames in a 6-0 victory at Eastern Mennonite. She did not walk a batter and fanned three. She ended the game having set down seven straight batters and also enjoyed a pair of six-batter set-down streaks. Hall added her second victory of the week with a one-hit 8-0 shutout in five innings over Roanoke. She did not issue a free pass for a second straight game and struck out four. Twice she retired five Maroons in a row. For the season, Hall is 10-1 with an ODAC second-best 1.28 ERA. She has fanned 42 and allowed just 45 hits in 82.1 innings of work.

Jones, a senior from Brodnax, Va., hit safely in all eight games for nationally fourth-ranked Randolph-Macon over the last eight days, driving in at least one run in all but one contest. She went 10-for-23 on the week with two doubles, a triple, homer, nine RBI, five runs scored, three walks, and a stolen base to help the Yellow Jackets to a 7-1 showing. She doubled and drove in two runs in a split (1-2, 2-1) with nationally top-ranked Virginia Wesleyan, snapping the Marlins 41-game winning streak in the second contest. Jones went 3-for-6 with a double, triple, homer, four RBI, and three runs scored in a sweep (8-1, 11-0) of Roanoke. She went 2-for-6 with a RBI and a run scored in a sweep (4-3, 2-1) of Guilford. Jones capped her stretch by going 3-for-6 with two RBI and a runs scored in a regular-season ending sweep of Randolph (5-0, 6-0) to wrap up the #2 seed in the upcoming ODAC Tournament. Jones is hitting .364 on the season with the ODAC's fourth-best slugging percentage at .718. She is second in the ODAC in homeruns (9) and RBI (41).

Rhoads, a freshman from Portsmouth, Va., put together a 3-0 performance over three starts in the last eight days to close the regular season and helped nationally fourth-ranked Randolph-Macon lock up the #2 seed in the upcoming ODAC Tournament. Rhoads opened with the biggest win of the season for any Division III team as she toss a complete game to defeat nationally top-ranked Virginia Wesleyan, 2-1, marking the Marlins first loss of the season. She gave up one run on four hits with two walks and nine strikeouts. Rhoads followed that with the first two complete game shutouts in an 11-0 win at Roanoke. She allowed two hits and walked one while fanning 11 Maroons in a full seven frames. She capped her week with another two-hit shutout in a 5-0 win at Randolph in her last start of the regular season. She walked three and struck out seven in seven innings. Rhoads is now 12-0 on the season with an ODAC-best 0.52 earned run average to go with 118 strikeouts in 80.2 innings of work.

Glaubke, a sophomore from Virginia Beach, Va., reached base safely 17 times in 24 plate appearances as the nationally top-ranked Marlins improved to 34-0 with six more victories. Virginia Wesleyan has now won 40 consecutive games dating back to last season. Glaubke hit .650 (13-for-20) with two doubles, a homer, 11 runs scored, three runs driven in, four walks, and four stolen bases in as many attempts. She had at least one hit in each game and five multi-hit efforts. Glaubke opened her week going 4-for-8 with a run scored, a RBI, and stolen base in sweep (11-1, 5-4) at #4 Christopher Newport. She was 6-for-7 with a double, homer, five runs scored, and a run driven in during a sweep (3-0, 12-0) at Randolph. Glaubke capped her week with a 3-for-5 showing with three walks, a double, RBI, five runs scored, and three stolen bases in a sweep (7-0, 12-0) at Shenandoah. For the season, Glaubke is third in the ODAC in hitting (.434) and on-base percentage (.537). She is second in runs (40), hits (43) and walks, and fourth in triples (2) and total bases (68).

Hull, a sophomore from Chesterfield, Va., returns to the weekly awards circle following a 4-0 week on the rubber to improve to 24-0 on the season and help the nationally top-ranked Marlins to six victories on the week. Virginia Wesleyan is now 34-0 on the season and has 40 straight games dating back to last season. Hull won both ends of a doubleheader sweep of nationally fourth-ranked Christopher Newport to start her week. She gave up one run on four hits with a walk and nine strikeouts over five innings in an 11-1 win in game one. She came back for two innings of relief to win 5-4 in game two. She was a bit wild in that contest, walking four and giving up two runs on a homer, but also fanned four batters. Hull picked up her third win of the week with a one-hit shutout at Randolph, 3-0. She didn't walk a batter and fanned nine in a full seven frames. She capped her week starting both ends of a sweep of Shenandoah. She went the first three frames and didn't allow a hit as the Marlins staff registered a no-hitter over three pitchers. Hull walked one and struck out six in her time. She got the win with four innings in a 12-0 result in game two. She surrendered four hits and walked one with four more punchouts. For the season, Hull owns a 0.63 earned run average to go with 24 wins over 132.1 innings in the circle. She has struck out 207 batters and walked 28. She has already struck out 579 batters in her career, leaving her just two short of tying the ODAC record held by former Marlin righty Brittaney Brown.

Jones, a junior from Brodnax, Va., helped nationally 18th-ranked Randolph-Macon to a sweep of Roanoke College last week. Jones went 1-for-2 with a double and walk and scored the game's lone run in the bottom of the sixth inning in a 1-0 victory in game one. In the nightcap, she doubled and homered on the way to driving in five runs. She also walked and scored a run in R-MC's 12-5 triumph. For the season, Jones is hitting .291 with an ODAC fourth-best five homers.

Hull, a freshman from Chesterfield, Va., etched her name in ODAC history and put herself atop a NCAA Division III single-game high in picking up her Division III leading 21st victory of the season last week. Hull shutout Bridgewater, 3-0. She allowed just two hits, walked one and fanning a season- and career-best 19 batters. The 19 strikeouts tie the most in a game in the country this season. It also improved her division-leading strikeout total to 235, which marks a new ODAC and Virginia Wesleyan single-season record. Her league-best and nationally fourth-ranked ERA now stands at 0.43 (eight earned runs in 129.1 IP).

Carter, a junior from Roanoke, Va., reached base in all five games and proved a disruption on the basepaths in helping the Maroons to a 4-0 week in conference play. Carter went 7-for-13 with two doubles, six runs scored, a walk, and five stolen bases to help her to a .538/.571/.692 slash line. She doubled as part of a two-hit day with a stolen base in a 3-2 win over Bridgewater. She smacked three more hits in a 9-1 victory in game two, driving in a run and swiping two more bags. Carter walked and scored to help Roanoke to a 4-0 victory over in game one against Eastern Mennonite. She came back with two hits including a double, scored two more runs and stole an additional two bases in a 4-1 victory in game two. For the season, Carter his hitting .318 with a .392 on-base percentage and a .458 slugging percentage. She is second in the league with 29 stolen bases and ninth with 30 runs scored.

Hull, a freshman from Chesterfield, Va., added three more ODAC wins to her impressive first-year stat line as she is now leading NCAA Division III with a 20-1 record thru 24 total appearances. Hull earned two more shutouts amongst her three victories, giving her an ODAC-best eight on the season. Her first one came via a five-inning shortened 10-0 complete game win at Eastern Mennonite. She gave up just two hits and fanned 10 without a walk. The 10 strikeouts mark her 12th double figure strikeout game of the season. Hull returned to the circle for the final four outs against the Royals, earning the win in the process of an 8-4 Marlins triumph. She then went the distance in a 5-0 shutout at Lynchburg. She surrendered just three hits and walked a pair. She struck out seven in a full seven frames, bringing her to an ODAC and NCAA Division III leading 216 punchouts.

Bays, a senior from Abingdon, Va., went 6-for-8 with two homers in a sweep of Shenandoah on Saturday. She went 3-for-4 with a RBI and a run scored in a 9-7 win in game one. She then belted both homers as part of a second 3-for-4 effort in an 11-3 win in game two. She drove in four runs and scored three times. She now owns the E&H record for career homeruns with 24. For the season, Bays is .302 with a .458 slugging percentage. She has hit three homers and driven in 23 runs.

Kresinske, a freshman from Chesapeake, Va., put the caps on an impressive first regular season at Virginia Wesleyan with her ODAC-leading 17th win and seventh shutout of the season in a 2-0 triumph at Roanoke. She allowed just three hits and didn't walk batter in facing three above the minimum. She struck out seven Maroons in seven full innings. For the season, Kresinske is 17-1 with an ODAC-leading 0.68 earned run average. She has fanned 107 batters, which ranks third in the league. Opponents are hitting only .148 against the righty, which sits second on the conference charts.

Hill, a sophomore from Staunton, Va., helped the Royals to a 6-2 week that included ODAC sweeps of Randolph-Macon (7-4, 8-7) and Lynchburg (7-6, 4-3), a split with Randolph (6-1, 0-1), and a split with nationally 16th-ranked Messiah (2-7, 6-5). Hill went 14-for-30 on the week with at least one hit in all eight games, pushing her current hitting streak to 19 straight games. She doubled twice and homered while driving in five runs and scoring 10 times. Against R-MC, Hill was 4-for-9 with a double, homer, three RBI and four runs scored. She was 3-for-6 with a double, walk and three runs scored versus Messiah. Hill went 3-for-3 with two RBI and a run scored in game on against Randolph, and then finished with a 3-for-8 showing with two runs scored versus Lynchburg. For the season, Hill is fourth in the ODAC with a .472 batting average. The Royals leadoff hitter tops the ODAC charts in hits (59), is third runs scored (34), fifth in RBI (33), and sixth in on-base percentage (.493). She's also ninth in slugging (.656).

Kresinske, a freshman from Chesapeake, Va., picks up her fourth weekly award of the season as she threw three more complete games last week resulting in three more victories. Kresinske opened with an 8-0 win at home over Meredith. She hurled all six innings, giving up just two hits and walking one while fanning four. Virginia Wesleyan then returned to ODAC play where Kresinske notched her second no-hitter in as many weeks, this time covering seven full innings in a 4-0 triumph over Emory & Henry. She walked two and struck out seven. Kresinske capped her week with a second seven-inning complete-game to defeat Guilford, 7-3. Her streak of scoreless innings came to an end at 23 as she gave up three runs (two earned) on six hits. She did not walk anyone and registered eight punchouts. For the season, Kresinske is tied atop the league with 16 wins towards a 16-1 record. She leads the ODAC with a 0.73 earned run average and six shutouts, while ranking second with a .149 batting average against and third with 100 strikeouts.

St. John, a sophomore from Suffolk, Va., brought her power bat to the table as she helped Lynchburg to a sweep of Randolph-Macon. St. John went 4-for-8 overall in the two games with three going for extra bases. In game one, she tied the score 5-5 in the seventh with a three-run homer, which eventually lead to LC's 6-5 win. She drove in four runs for the game and scored once. In game two, she had a double and another homerun, driving in a pair with another run scored. St. John is hitting .352 with five homers and 26 RBI, the latter two numbers ranking in the top-10 in the ODAC.

Karagiorgis, a senior from Ashburn, Va., shutout Roanoke, 3-0, last week as she improved to 14-2 on the season with her 13th straight victory. She retired the first eight batters she faces on the way to a complete-game effort. She surrendered just two hits without a walk and fanned nine batters. She entered the game with the nation's fourth-lowest earned run average, which went down to 0.52 following her win over the Maroons. She leads the ODAC with 135 strikeouts in 94.0 innings of work.

Gilman, a junior from Glen Allen, Va., was a clutch performer in four one-run wins for Randolph-Macon, helping the Yellow Jackets to six victories overall last week. Gilman hit .400 (8-for-20) with three multi-hit games. She smacked four doubles and a pair of homers to go with seven runs batted in and four runs scored. She clubbed both homers in a 7-3 win over Eastern Mennonite, adding three RBI. She had two hits and drove in both runs in a 2-1 win at Guilford. In game two against the Quakers, She had a run-scoring double in a 4-3 triumph. Gilman was involved in both game-winners in a sweep of Emory & Henry. She scored the game's only run in a 1-0 victory in game one. She registered two hits in game two, including a game-deciding RBI double in the seventh towards a 4-3 win. Gilman has now doubled in four straight games. Gilman is seventh in the league in batting (.421) and OBP (.477), while she's third in slugging (.737). Her 32 RBI are fourth.

Bagley, a freshman from Kenbridge, Va., put together a huge week for the Yellow Jackets as she record five of Randolph-Macon's six wins on the week. Bagley went the distance for three of her victories, while she made three other relief appearances to account for the two remaining wins as the Yellow Jackets registered a trio of ODAC sweeps. In a game one win (7-3) over Eastern Mennonite, Bagley gave up three runs, two earned, on six hits with three strikeouts in a full seven frames. She three two frames in the second game, not figuring in the decision (W, 9-4). Bagley won both ends of a doubleheader sweep at Guilford. She threw seven full innings in game one, giving up one run on five hits with seven strikeouts in a 2-1 triumph. She worked 2.2 innings in game two, fanning four while giving up a run on two hits in a 4-3 victory. Bagley earned a 1-0 shutout of Emory & Henry in game one against the Wasps, scattering seven hits with two walks and 11 strikeouts. She worked two more scorelss innings in game two, surrendering three hits and a walk with three punchouts in a 4-3 win. Bagley is now 12-3 with a 1.71 ERA in 98.0 innings in the circle. Her 12 wins, 98 innings and 107 strikeouts all rank second in the ODAC.

Wilcox, a junior from South Charlest, W.Va., helped the Quakers to a 3-0 week. She had multiple hits in all three games, including a pair of three-hit efforts as she went 8-for-10 from the dish with a double, three homers, eight runs batted in and six runs scored. She also walked twice towards an .833 on-base percentage. She went 5-for-7 in a doubleheader sweep of Bridgewater, and then went 3-for-3 with two homers and six RBI in a 22-0 rout of Southern Virginia. Wilcox is now batting .398 and is second in the ODAC in both homeruns (9) and RBI (41).

Ingram, a junior from Floyd, Va., won twice last week with a pair of complete game efforts as the Hornets rattled off a 5-1 week. Ingram tossed a three-hit shutout against Emory & Henry in game two of a doubleheader sweep of the Wasps. She fanned seven batters and didn't walk anyone as LC won, 3-0. She came back with another seven innings effort in a 3-2 triumph at Ferrum in game two of a split with the Panthers. She gave up two runs on eight hits with two walks and six strikeouts. Ingram is now 13-3 on the season with a 2.88 earned run average in 107.0 innings pitched.

Higginbotham, a senior from Glen Allen, Va., put together strong week in leading Virginia Wesleyan to a 6-0 record. She went 12-for-20 at the dish with three doubles, a homer and 10 runs batted in. She also scored 11 times and stole 10 bases without being caught. She had at least one hit in each game, including a pair of 3-for-4 efforts with a homer, seven RBI, five runs scored and five stolen bases in a doubleheader sweep (8-3, 14-0) of Eastern Mennonite. For the season, Higginbotham is sixth in the ODAC with a .425 batting average. She leads the league in triples, is second in stolen bases (24) and third in RBI (34).

Karagiorgis, a junior from Ashburn, Pa., won four times and record her first save of the season as she helped Virginia Wesleyan to a 6-0 week. She went the distance to get a 5-0 win over William Peace to open the week, give up two hits and walking five with four strikeouts. She followed that with five innings towards the win in game one against EMU, an 8-3 triumph. She gave up three runs (two earned) aon four hits with no walks and six strikeouts. She went three innings to start game two, giving up just one hit with a walk and two punchouts in a 14-0 shortened victory. Karagiorgios picked up the save in a 1-0 win at Bridgewater in game one. She worked the final three innings, giving up just one hit with four strikeouts. She started and went three innings in a second shortened victory, giving up three hits with five strikeouts towards an 8-0 win. Karagiorgis leads the league in wins with 16 as she's now 16-4 with a conference-best 1.10 earned run average in 108.0 innings pitched. Her 103 strikeouts are second in the league.

Allman, a senior from Solon, Va., helped lead Eastern Mennonite to four wins in its 5-1 that included a season-ending sweep of 16th-ranked Lynchburg College to secure a spot in the upcoming ODAC Softball Tournament. Allman went 6-for-13 (.462) with a double, two homers, six runs scored and nine runs batted in. She had at least one hit in each contest, highlighted by two hits and a pair of RBI in game one against LC. She had five RBI in total against the Hornets as she drove in three with a two-run homer in the nightcap. She also had three RBI when she hit three-run shot against Mary Washington to begin the week. For the season, Allman is batting .413 (10th in the ODAC) with eight homers (5th) and 41 runs driven in (5th). She is EMU's career leader in homers, RBI and walks.

Lewis, a senior from Glen Allen, Va., went 3-0 on the week with one and nearly a second shutout. She went the distance and then some in all three starts, beginning with a 3-1 triumph over Southern Virginia to begin the week. She gave up one unearned run on seven hits in a full seven innings. She followed that with a five-hit shutout of Shenandoah in a 4-0 Randolph-Macon win. She fanned four and didn't walk a batter in that contest. Her final appearance went extra innings as she worked all nine innings for R-MC's 5-3 win over Roanoke. She gave up three runs on seven hits, walking a pair and fanning two. For the season, Lewis is 19-3, with the 19 wins marking an ODAC-best. She is fourth with a 1.40 earned run average and second with 134.2 innings pitched. In her 20 starts, she has completed 19, tops in the ODAC.

Brady, a freshman from Gainesville, Va., helped the Hornets to a 4-0 week that included sweeps of Stevenson and Emory & Henry. Brady hit .438 on a 7-of-16 showing from the dish with two doubles, three homers and four runs batted in. She also scored five runs. In a doubleheader sweep of Emory & Henry, Brady went 4-for-9 with three homers, four RBI and four runs scored. She had a double in each game against Stevenson, racking up three hits in seven at-bats against the Mustangs. For the season. Brady is hitting .436 with 34 hits in 78 at-bats. She has nine doubles on the season.

Clark, a junior from Nathalle, Va., appeared in three games last week, posting a pair of complete game shutouts along the way. She opened the week with a four-hitter in game-one at Randolph. She worked around five walks with a pair of strikeouts in the 6-0 win. She came back with a 4-0 win at Lynchburg in game one. She gave up seven hits and walked one while striking out three. She also recorded the last two LC outs of the bottom of the sixth in a 4-1 game two loss. For the season, Clark is 12-1 with a save and a 2.12 earned run average in 79-1 innings of work. She leads the ODAC with six shutouts and is fourth with 12 complete games.

Lowery, a senior from Madison Heights, Va., picks up her second straight weekly honor as she was near perfect in the four games played this week. She hit 11-for13 for an .846 average with at least two hits in each contest. She was 4-for-6 with a homer, two runs batted in and a run scored in a double-header sweep of Emory & Henry to open the week. She followed that with a 7-for-7 twinbill against Lynchburg, helping the Maroons to a sweep of the Hornets with two doubles, a pair of RBI and two runs scored. Lowery is currently second in the ODAC with a .471 batting average, and is third with a .760 slugging percentage.

Beard, a junior from Williamsport, Md., led the Jackets to an 8-1 win over Southern Virginia Thursday afternoon. The junior tossed a complete game, allowing just one earned run while striking out five to improve to 7-3 on the season. She scattered 11 hits in the effort, but did not surrender a free pass.

Lowery, a senior from Madison Heights, Va., batted .667 last week (14-for-21) with six doubles, a triple, three homers, eight runs scored and 13 runs batted in during the Maroons' 5-1 week. Not only did she have one hit in each game, but she also had one extra-base knock in all six contests. In a sweep of Eastern Mennonite to open the week, Lowery went 3-for-7 with three doubles, two RBI and a run scored. She added two more doubles, another RBI and a run scored in a split with Bridgewater. She capped her week on Roanoke's Senior Day by going 8-for-8 in a sweep of Sweet Briar. In game one, she belted three homers and hit a triple on her way to five RBI and four runs scored. Lowery batted in five more runs in the night cap while collecting four more hits, including a double. For the season, Lowery is hitting .418 with five homers and 26 RBI. She also boasts a .692 slugging percentage.

Lewis, a junior from Glen Allen, Va., led the Jackets to a 7-1 record in ODAC play last week as she tossed a trio of complete games, including a pair of shutouts. She has now won seven straight starts, improving her overall record to 13-3 on the year. Lewis opened the week with a five-hit shutout of Randolph College in which she struck out four and walked one. She backed that with another seven inning effort against Lynchburg, allowing no earned runs in helping her team defeat the Hornets for the first time in any of the current Yellow Jackets' careers. On Sunday, Lewis brought her weekly innings total to 21 in surrendering just one run on eight hits in a 2-1 win over Guilford. That victory helped the squad tie the all-time single season wins record at R-MC with 24 (24-set in 2008).

Hensley, a freshman from Elkton, Va., picks up her second weekly award of the season after batting .727 to help the Lady Royals go 3-1. For the week she was 8-of-11 at the plate, including a homerun and a double, as she knocked in four runs and scored twice. She also had a slugging percentage of 1.091. From her customary second slot in the line-up, Hensley went 3-for-3 in game two against Roanoke with her second homer of the year. She blasted a three-run shot in a five-run fifth as the women erased a 4-1 deficit in an 8-4 win. Against Randolph, Hensley was 5-for-8 from the plate and swiped a base. She was also a defensive stalwart at shortstop, not committing an error in 11 chances. For the season, the strong-armed Hensley has a .949 fielding percentage in 118 chances. She also leads the EMU regulars with a .472 batting average and has a .629 slugging percentage. She is also second in the ODAC in batting and is in the top 13 in runs, hits, RBIs, on-base percentage and slugging percentage.

Lee, a junior from Buckingham, Va., collected her second weekly award of the season by going 3-0 in four appearances last week, including both wins in a key sweep of Roanoke College on Friday. She split time on the mound in both contests against the Maroons but was stellar in the nightcap, scattering eight hits over 5-1/3 innings and not allowing an earned run. She added another win on Sunday in the twinbill against Randolph. With the two wins against Roanoke, Lee took over the school record for wins in a season and is now 16-6 on the year. She also leads the ODAC in wins and innings pitched.

Childress, a senior from Franklin, Va., put together an excellent week at the dish in leading the Eagles to a 3-1 mark. Childress hit at an .833 clip (10-for-12) and reached base in 12-of-14 plate appearances (walked twice). Childress went 6-for-6 in the doubleheader on Thursday at Emory & Henry, before notching a three-hit game in the opener on Sunday at York. The Eagles third baseman scored five times on the week and drove in an additional three runs to aid the Eagles offense. She also hit her 12th double and third homer of the season. Childress leads the ODAC with a .484 batting average and .561 on-base percentage.

Burcham, a junior from Lexington, N.C., threw the first perfect game in Guilford softball history on Sunday, striking out 13-of-15 batters against Sweet Briar College. She began the week with seven strong innings towards her 11th win of the season over Randolph. She allowed two hits and struck out eight WildCats in Guilford's 4-1 win. Burcham fanned 21 batters and held the opposition to a .053 batting average in her 2-0 week. Her two outings this week led to her tying school records for wins (12) and shutouts (5) in a season.
