GREENSBORO, N.C. --- ODAC swimmers reset or tied 23 different records over the course of four days during the ODAC Swimming Championships at the Greensboro Aquatic Center. Honoring those performances is the announcement of the 2023 All-ODAC Swimming Awards.

All-conference recogntion for swimming is generated directly from competition at the ODAC championships. Only individual events are considered when creating the honors lists. Those finishing first or second in an event earn All-ODAC First Team laurels. Third and fourth place finishers are recognized as All-ODAC Second Team members, and swimmers that chime in fifth and sixth receive All-ODAC Third Team accolades. A swimmer can only earn one all-conference honor, with their placement represented by their highest finish in an event at the championship.

Eight swimmers won mutliple events during the conference championships. Those individuals are joined by 67 additional standout athletes in making up the 75 total swimmers that earned All-ODAC recognition. Thirty-eight of those stars are from the women's ranks, while 37 competed in the men's championship.

Six schools saw swimmers earn all-conference honors.
 - Washington and Lee: 33 (15 women, 18 men)
 - Lynchburg: 17 (9 women, 8 men)
 - Randolph-Macon: 9 (5 women, 4 men)
 - Roanoke: 9 (6 women, 3 men)
 - Bridgewater: 6 (2 women, 4 men)
 - Virginia Wesleyan: 1 (1 woman, 0 men)
