Starnes, a sophomore from Harrison, Tennessee, won two individual events to help the Generals defeat Transylvania, 150-110, on Saturday. Starnes finished first with a time of 2:02.35 in the 200 free and won the 500 free with a time of 5:31.81.

Women's Swimming Honor Roll 

Lauren Clague, Bridgewater College, Junior
Clague won two individual events to help lead the Bridgewater Eagles at Emory & Henry. Clague won both sprints, the 50 and 100 meter freestyle events, including a record-setting performance in the 50 meter swim. Her time of 30.06 seconds snapped the former school record of 30.82 set last season by Sophie Thomas.
