Caroline Hamp, Washington and Lee, Sr.

Hamp, a senior from Avon Lake, Ohio, led the Generals to a tri-meet victory over Catholic University and Marymount University over the weekend, winning a pair of individual events and helping the Generals to a relay win.  Hamp's day started with a strong third leg in the 200-yard medley relay, aiding W&L to a winning time of 1:53.52.  She followed that with a victory in the 100-yard backstroke in 1:02.32.  She capped her outing with a 1:01.02 triumph in the 100-yard butterfly.

Swimming Honor Roll

Carrie Crowther, Bridgewater (Sr. - Burgess, Va.)
Crowther participated in four events in the Eagles victory (90-32) over Notre Dame (Md.), winning all four.  She won the 40-yard (19.53), 100-yard (55.44) and 200-yard (2:05.15) freestyle relays, in addition to helping BC to a 1:37.88 time in the 160-yard medley relay.  The times in the 40-yard free and 160-yard medley relay set new BC records.

Jessica Richardson, Emory & Henry (Fr. - Vero Beach, Fla.)
Richardson helped the Wasps to a double-dual sweep of Milligan (144-49) and Berry (134-57) over the weekend, winning once individually and posting two relay wins.  She won the 100-meter freestyle (1:02.36) in addition to capturing the 200-meter medley (2:08.23) and 200-meter freestyle (1:56.35) relays.  The relays set new E&H records.

Morgan McKinnon, Guilford (Jr. - Asheville, N.C.)
McKinnon participated in three events in the Quakers double-dual against Frostburg State and Hollins.  She finished second in the 100-meter breaststroke (1:33.64) and third in the 50-meter freestyle (33.12).  She also helped her teammates to a second-place finish in the 200-meter freestyle relay (2:32.38).

Emily Plowman, Randolph-Macon (Fr. - Chesapeake, Va.)
Plowman helped the Generals to a dual meet win over Greensboro with two individual event victories and one relay win.  She touched the wall first in the 50-yard freestyle (25.90) and 100-yard backstroke (1:04.32) events.  She then helped her teammates to a win in the 200-yard free relay (1:48.46).
