Parker Hayungs, Lynchburg, Jr., Butterfly

Hayungs, a junior from Fredericksburg, Va., helped lead Lynchburg to a third place team showing at the TYR Yellow Jacket Invitational hosted by Randolph-Macon College. Hayungs competed seven times with three individual top-10 showings. He won the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 1:57.45. That ranks third in the ODAC this season. He added a second place finish in the 100-yard fly in 0:52.92, which slots seventh in the conference. He then posted the ODAC's 10th-best time in the 500-yard freestyle by finishing ninth in 4:58.29. Hayungs competed on four relay squads. Lynchburg's 400-yard and 200-yard medley teams finished third each with times of 3:36.60 and 1:37.27, respectively. Hayungs and teammates finished fourth in the 800-yard freestyle relay in 7:18.50 and eighth in the 400-yard freestyle relay in 3:18.86.
