Sophia Rollo, Washington and Lee, So., Backstroke/Freestyle

Rollo, a sophomore from Haddonfield, N.J., picked up her second ODAC weekly award of the season after helping Washington and Lee kick off the 2022 portion of its schedule with a 201-51 victory at Gettysburg. Rollo was a part of three podium-topping finishes including three individual event victories. She won the 100-yard backstroke in 0:59.66 and captured the 200-yard backstroke in 2:12.89. She also stopped the watches first 200-yard individual medley in 2:13.21. Rollo anchored the Generals winning 200-yard freestyle relay team, joining Brynn Martinson, Turner Bobbitt, and Claudia Barnett in posting a time of 1:40.44.

 - won the 100-back (1:01.81) and 100-breaststroke (1:11.09) and helped Bridgewater win the 200-medley relay (1:58.70) in a 137-68 victory at Southern Virginia University

 - won the 200m IM (2:45.02), 100m free (1:08.92), and 200m breaststroke (3:00.52) in helping Hollins to seccond in the a tri-meet with Guilford and Sweet Briar

 - won the 200m IM (2:34.63) and helped Lynchburg to two relay wins -- 400m medley (4:45.65) and 800m free (9:24.43) -- in a 115-70 victory at Bridgewater; set the program meters record in the 200 IM

 - won the 100-back (1:02.83) and 100-free (55.02) and helped Roanoke to wins in the 200-medley (1:56.57) and 400-free (3:39.85) relays in a 150-112 loss to UNC-Pembroke

 - won the 200m fly (2:29.56) and 400m free (4:50.06) and helped Sweet Briar win the 400m medley relay (5:08.74) in a tri-meet victory over Guilford and Hollins; set a program record in the 200-fly

 - won the 50-free (25.56) and finished 2nd in the 100-free (58.04) and 200-free (2:13.39) in the Marlins 183.5-60.5 victory over Randolph; set the VWU record in the 50-free
