ODAC Cross Country Runners of the Week

FOREST, Va. --- Week eight marks the final report of the season for cross country with the ODAC Championships slated for Kernstown Battlefield this weekend. Below are entries for both winners from today's cross country release. Most weeks this fall, the following schedule will be used for awards reporting:

  • Sundays: football (thru 11/13/22)
  • Mondays: field hockey, soccer, swimming, volleyball, wrestling (when it begins)
  • Tuesdays: cross country
