2022 ODAC Cross Country Roundtable

Three of the conference's head coaches joined the ODAC's J.J. Nekoloff to talk about the upcoming cross country campaign. Brandon Spalding from Washington and Lee University, ODAC championship host Andrew Marrocco from Shenandoah University, and Jake Reed from the University of Lynchburg lent their insights to what appears to be banner season on the horizon. Both of Lynchburg's teams are nationally ranked by the USTFCCCA with the Hornets' men slotted 11th in Division III. W&L's women are No. 32 in the country, while both W&L squads, both LYN teams, both Bridgewater College units, and SU's women's outfit are ranked in the South Region.
