FOREST, Va. --- Six-time defending ODAC champion Washington and Lee University is in prime position to hoist its 17th overall women's lacrosse trophy as the Generals head the field leading into the ODAC Women's Lacrosse Tournament.  Randolph-Macon College joins W&L as the top two seeds, which also affords them a bye thru the quarterfinal round of competition.

Lynchburg College and Roanoke College will serve as hosts in the those two contests on Tuesday as the Hornets and Maroons locked up the third and fourth seeds, respectively.  Lynchburg will welcome sixth-seeded Bridgewater College to Shellenberger Field, while Roanoke will open the gates to Kerr Stadium to Guilford College, the fifth seed.

As the top seed, Washington and Lee will serve as host for the new "final four" format instilled by the conference this season.  The two quarterfinal winners will head to Lexington to square off with W&L and R-MC on Friday evening in the semifinals.  The championship will be played on Saturday.
