Ruhlman, a senior from Virginia Beach, Va., appeared twice for Roanoke and picked up a win and a save to help the Maroons to a 3-0 week overall. Ruhlman took the hill in relief against Ferrum and tossed 3.0 scoreless frames to pick up the save in a 9-5 win. He gave up one hit and fanned a pair. He came back four days later and went the distance in an 8-1 win over Susquehanna. He surrendered one run on six hits with a walk and six strikeouts in a full nine innings of work. For the season, Ruhlman is 1-0 with one save. He owns a 3.67 ERA, having struck out 16 batters in 24.1 innings.

Loew, a senior from Binghampton, N.Y., continues to provide punch in the middle of Shenandoah's lineup as he helped the Hornets to a 3-0 week. Loew generated 14 runs with three extra-base hits, including two homers and a double. He was 2-for-2 with a double, homer, two walks, three runs driven and two runs scored in a 9-4 triumph over Elizabethtown. He singled and walked with three more runs scored and another driven in during a 14-0 win over City College of New York. He followed that with his second homer of the week, this time a bases-clearing grand slam while scoring another run in a 13-5 win over CCNY. He finished the week with a .500/.714/1.375 slash line. For the season, Loew leads the ODAC in runs (16), homers (5), RBI (18), on-base percentage (.622), and slugging percentage (1.032). He is seventh in batting average (.452) and walks (8) and has been hit by a league-high six pitches.

Soutter, a senior from McLean, Va., helped seventh-ranked Washington and Lee moved to 4-0 on the season, with all but one of those victories coming against current nationally-ranked opponents. In Saturday's contest, Soutter proved the difference both in total and timing as she scored three times in the Generals' 6-5 victory over then seventh-ranked (now 11th) Salisbury University. She scored W&L's final two goals, which proved the difference in the Generals' holding on for the victory as the Sea Gulls dropped in a pair of late tallies. For the season, Soutter is fourth in the ODAC with seven goals and sixth with eight points. Her seven goals have come on just 11 total shots and 10 shots on goal.

Lindley, a junior from Darien, Conn, picks up his second straight week after upping the ante on his own Roanoke career-high to lead the Maroons to a 14-5 win on the road at Sewanee. Lindley found the seven times against the Tigers, increasing his season-high by one tally. In three games, he has scored four, six, and seven goals. Lindley currently leads the ODAC with 17 goals scored and is tied for third with 19 points.

Whittemore, a sophomore from Montpelier, Va., went 3-0 with a save in four appearances last week, going the distance in each of her starts. Whittemore opened her week with a one-hit shutout of Eastern University, posting a 3-0 win. She struck out eight and did not walk a batter. Then at the Beach Blast tournament, she two-hit sixth-ranked Manhattanville on the way to a 4-2 win. She gave up two runs (one earned) on those two hits with two walks and seven punchouts in 7.0 frames in the circle. Whittemore followed that with a third complete-game victory in a 4-3 decision over Case Western Reserve. She gave up three runs on eight hits without a walk and three strikeouts. She finished her week with a perfect inning to register her first save of the season in a 2-0 triumph over Buffalo State. For the season, Whittemore is 5-0 with one save and a 1.29 earned run average in 38.0 innings. She has fanned 35 batters and given up just 24 hits towards a .176 batting average against.

Richardson, a junior from Richmond, Va., did more than just set the table as the Marlins leadoff hitter in Virginia Wesleyan's 8-0 week. Richardson went 15-for-26 from the dish with six doubles, 14 runs scored, six runs driven in, three walks, and 12 stolen bases. She had a hit in each contest with four multi-hit games. Richardson was 7-for-13 with five runs scored, two doubles, a RBI, two walks and seven stolen bases in VWC's 4-0 run thru the Beach Blast tournament. She had two hits with a double and two stolen bases in the 11th-ranked Marlins first-ever sweep of Salisbury. She collected three doubles and five RBI with three stolen bases in a sweep of Sweet Briar in the midweek. For the season, Richardson leads the ODAC in runs (26), doubles (9), and stolen bases (20). She is second in hits (22) and third in walks (7).

Tomlin, a senior from Prince George, Va., put together a 5-1 week with a 3-0 showing at #3 singles and a 2-1 effort at #2 doubles with partner Molly Jesseman. Tomlin posted a 6-1, 6-0 win over Emily Wandling in R-MC's 9-0 team win over Sweet Briar. She and Jesseman won 8-4 in doubles action. Tomlin then put together a 6-1, 6-1 winning effort over Emily Simpson in the Yellow Jackets' 7-2 victory over Lynchburg. She and Jesseman won 8-2. After falling 8-4 with Jesseman in doubles, Tomlin rebounded for a 6-2, 7-5 win over Stephany Barbera as Randolph-Macon defeated N.C. Wesleyan, 6-3.

Krasner, a senior from Rockville, Md., went a combined 7-1 with a 3-1 singles mark at the top flight and a 4-0 showing split between #1 and #3 doubles over four matches. In singles play, he produced a 6-4, 7-6 (4) win over Mark Fallati from Swarthmore, the seventh-ranked player in the ITA's Atlantic South Region. He added 6-2, 6-0 and 6-3, 6-3, wins over Bradley Strober from Randolph and Juan Borga from Lynchburg, respectively. His lone loss came in a 6-4, 6-4 decision to Avery Schober from Sewanee, the sixth-rated player in the region. Krasner teamed with Will Bannister to post an 8-0 win over Randolph at #1 doubles, and then joined Mitchell Thomas at #3 doubles with wins over Lynchburg (8-0), Swarthmore (8-1), and Sewanee (8-5). On the year, Krasner is 7-5 overall in singles play and 9-3 in doubles action.
