Roanoke College standout Carmen Graves and Virginia Wesleyan College star Randy Lott were named the 2013 ODAC Track & Field Athletes of the Year in a vote of the league's head coaches. The recently graduated Graves earns the conference's top track distinction for the third straight season, while Lott secures his first best-in-sport honor heading into his senior campaign.
Five student-athletes from Old Dominion Athletic Conference member schools earned a 2012-13 ODAC/Farm Bureau Insurance Scholar-Athlete Award during the winter athletic schedules. Farm Bureau Insurance is the proud presenter of each award for the ODAC's 23 sponsored sports.
Roanoke College senior Carmen Graves added to her personal trophy case with her fourth All-American award at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track Championships over the weekend. She placed second in the 800-meter dash, breaking the facility record twice during prelim and finals competition.

LC ran away with its 27th overall and 16th straight ODAC Men’s Indoor Track Championships title, but it took a meet-record finish in the championships’ last event for RC to secure its ninth overall and second straight ODAC Women’s Indoor Track Championships crown. The Hornets’ victory increases its program record of overall triumphs, while the RC success ties LC for the most women’s ODAC hardware.
The Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) is scheduled to host its Indoor Track Championships at Liberty University’s Tolsma Indoor Track Center on Friday, February 23. Competition in the field events begins at noon with the track events starting at 3pm. The championship runs through Friday evening and concludes with the awards ceremony scheduled for approximately 9:30pm.

Lynchburg College earned seven first place votes on the way to 49 total points for the second straight year as the Hornets top the 2012-13 ODAC Men's Indoor Track Coaches' Poll. Bridgewater College chimes in second with 41 tallies, while Washington and Lee University picked up the remaining top nod towards 38 total poll points.
Roanoke College secured six first place votes and 48 total points as the Maroons were selected atop the 2012-13 ODAC Women's Indoor Track Coaches' Poll. Washington and Lee University garnered one top nod and 43 tallies to hold down the second slot. Lynchburg College rounds out the top three after receiving 37 points including one first place vote.
