Ryan Gehman, Eastern Mennonite, Sr.
October 20, 2014Gehman, a senior from Millersville, Pa., helped EMU to an eighth place team showing at the Gettysburg Invitational by placing second overall in a field of 355 runners. He finished the eight-kilometer course with a time of 25:49.4, six seconds behind the winner from Lebanon Valley College. -
Kat Lehman, Eastern Mennonite, Fr.
October 20, 2014Lehman, a freshman from Dover, Ohio, helped the Royals to a seventh place team showing out of 35 squads at the Gettysburg Invitational. She finshed fifth overall and tops among NCAA Division III competitors, completing the six-kilometer course in 23:11.4. The top four places went to a trio from D-I Bucknell and one from D-II Alderson-Broaddus.

Ray Parsons, Shenandoah, Fr.
October 13, 2014Parsons, a freshman from Clayton, N.J., finished fifth at ther Hornet Harrier Invitational over the weekend. He completed the six-kilometer course with a time of 20:25.10, making him the top ODAC finisher. SU placed fifth as a team.

Dorothy Earner, Shenandoah, Sr.
October 13, 2014Earner, a senior from McLean, Va., won the Hornet Harrier Invititational over the weekend, helped Shenandoah to a first place team finish over. Earner completed the five-kilometer course in 20:16.70, which bested the second place finisher by nearly 16-seconds.

Harrison Toney, Roanoke, Jr.
October 06, 2014Toney, a junior from Roanoke, Va., picks up his third weekly honor of the season after leading Roanoke to a first place team finish in its division at the Hagan Stone Classic. Toney was the top NCAA Division III finisher and second overall amongst all competitors, completing the eight-kilometer course in 25:46.9. The time marks a season-best for Toney.

Kerri Dalton, Roanoke, So.
October 06, 2014Dalton, a sophomore from Roanoke, Va., placed eighth overall and second among NCAA Division III competition at the Hagan Stone Classic, leading Roanoke to first place in the D-III team rankings. RC finished second as a team among all levels of NCAA competition. Dalton completed the five-kilometer course in 19:46.8, setting a new season-best time at that distance.

September 29, 2014Gehman, a senior from Millersville, Pa., earns his second straight weekly honor after leading the Royals to an 11th place team showing out of 31 squads at the NCAA Division III Preview Meet in Ohio. Gehman completed the eight-kilometer course in a time of 24:15.71, knocking nearly 1:17 off his personal record and placing 12th overall out of 375 runners. He was the top finisher from the South/Southeast Region, running with some of the top runners from across the country.

Kaylee Kubisiak, Bridgewater, Jr.
September 29, 2014Kubisiak, a junior from Abbottstown, Pa., finished fifth overall out for 321 total runners at the NCAA Division III Preview Meet in Ohio, finishing the six-kilometer course with a time of 21:15.79. She was the top finisher from the ODAC and the South/Southeast Region as she was within three-seconds of second place. Her efforts helped Bridgewater to seventh place of 27 teams.

September 22, 2014Gehman, a senior from Millersville, Pa., helped Eastern Mennonite claim the team title at the Shenandoah Valley Invitational. His time of 21:03 topped the field by 16-seconds on the four-mile custom layout at Elk Run Trails. EMU posted a team score of 28 points to best Bridgewater in the team ranks.

September 22, 2014Lehman, a freshman from Dover, Ohio, picks up her second weekly award of the season after leading Eastern Mennonite to a "perfect" scoring total and first place at the Shenandoah Valley Invitational. All five scoring Royals placed first-thru-fifth in the point-assigned rankings --- one non-collegiate runner placed first overall --- giving EMU a team score of 15. Lehman led all collegiate runners with a five-kilometer time of 19:27.00, 36-seconds faster than teammate Hannah Chappell-Dick in second place.

Harrison Toney, Roanoke, Jr.
September 15, 2014Toney, a junior from Roanoke, Va., picks up his second weekly award of the season after placing first at the John Tucker Invitational hosted by Washington and Lee. Toney completed the eight-kilometer course in a time of 27:46.10. His efforts helped the Maroons to second in the team standings. Toney has now posted the top collegiate time in two events this season, adding Saturday's effort to his performance at the ODAC Preview Meet.

Alana Babington, Washington and Lee, So.
September 15, 2014Babington, a sophomore from Mobile, Ala., picks up her second straight weekly honor after leading the Generals to second place at the John Tucker Invitational hosted by Washington and Lee. Babington finished the five-kilometer course in a season-best time of 20:45.30 to finish first overall and capture the first individual title of her collegiate career. Babington's time bested the next fastest runner by 15-seconds. She eclipsed her 2013 time in the meet by 45 seconds (21:30.40).

Mac Strehler, Washington and Lee, So.
September 08, 2014Strehler, a sophomore from Moseley, Va., paces the Generals to a second place team finish at the Sewanee Invitational. Strehler completed the eight-kilometer course in 26:28.12 to finish second among 69 runners. He was the top NCAA Division III finisher, proving 28-seconds faster than the next runner from the D-III ranks.

Alana Babington, Washington and Lee, So.
September 08, 2014Babington, a sophomore from Mobile, Ala., helped Washington and Lee to a fourth place showing in the team standings at the Sewanee Invitational. Babington completed the six-kilometer course in a career-best time of 24:23.84, which ranked fourth overall out of 74 runners. She defeated her previous career-low time by nearly two-seconds, which she established in 2013 at the NCAA regional meet.

Harrison Toney, Roanoke, Jr.
September 02, 2014Toney, a junior from Roanoke, Va., got his season started off on the right foot as he was the first collegiate finisher at the ODAC Preview Meet, placing third overall. He posted a time of 28:37.30 over the eight-kilometer course, which will also serve as the site of the ODAC Championships hosted by Guilford College. Toney's efforts help Roanoke finish second in the team standings (50 pts.)

Kat Lehman, Eastern Mennonite, Fr.
September 02, 2014Lehman, a freshman from Dover, Ohio, started off her collegiate career in winning fashion as she topped the rest of the field at the 2014 ODAC Preview Meet, hosted by Guilford College. Lehman posted a time of 25:17.80 over six-kilometer course, which will also serve as the ODAC Championship site on November 1. Lehman bested her nearest competitor by nearly 12-seconds, helping the Royals a third place team finish (68 points).
