Interview with EMU's Jason Lewkowicz

FOREST, Va. --- The fall championship season is upon us, and Brad and J.J. dive in to the seedings for the field hockey, men's soccer and women's soccer tournaments.  But first up is the ODAC Cross Country Championships, which will be run Saturday morning at 11:00 a.m. (women) and 12:00 p.m. (men).  Eastern Mennonite University head coach Jason Lewkowicz joined the show to provide some insight into what we might see on Saturday.

Lewkowicz is in his third year guiding the men's and women's cross country programs at EMU.  His teams have taken leaps forward during his tenure and will be players for both individual and team awards at the 2013 championships.  This year's conference meet will take place at The Manor Golf Club just outside of Farmville, Va.  The event is hosted by Hampden-Sydney College, who worked with the league's coaches in developing a custom course layout uses much of the course's rolling terrain.
