SWIMMER OF THE WEEK
HANNAH HESSER, Sweet Briar College
Hesser, a sophomore from Richmond, Virginia, broke the pool and school record this week in the 1500 freestyle with a time of 19:22.70. She won three individual events (100 butterfly in 1:12.37; 200 butterfly in 2:44.89; and 1,500-free) against King and Guilford, and swam the first leg in the pivotal 200 freestyle relay win (1:59.75) for the Vixens, which gave Sweet Briar the come-from-behind win over King. 

Swimming Honor Roll
Filka Shalamanova, Guilford Won the 200 breaststroke (3:10.54) and finished fourth in the 100 breaststroke (1:27.88) against Sweet Briar and King.
Nicole Bergreen, Randolph Set a new school record in the 1,650 free (20:06.87) and swam a personal-best 1:06.99 in the 100 fly.
Laura Belch, Randolph-Macon Won the 50 free (26.57) and 100 free (57.33) while placing second in the 100 back (1:05.76) in RMC's win of the Yellow Jacket Invite.

MEN'S INDOOR TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
BILLY BULLINGTON, Washington & Lee University
Bullington, a sophomore from Nashville, Tennessee, had a stellar finish in both the shot put and the 35-pound weight throw.  Billington finished first among Division III competitors with a lifetime-best in the shot put (46'10.75").  In the 35-pound weight throw, he placed second with a toss of 49'5.75". 

Men's Indoor Track Honor Roll
Chris Word, Lynchburg Ran a 50.45 in the 400 meter dash to placed 4th overall at the Liberty Kickoff.

WOMEN'S INDOOR TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
SUMMER LOLLIE, Washington & Lee University
Lollie, a freshman from Mesquite City, Texas, competed in three events on Saturday at the Liberty Kick Off Tournament.  She set a school record when she finished first among Division III athletes in the 60-meter dash with a time of 8.29 seconds. Additionally, Lollie placed fourth in the 200 meters (27.99) and then leaped 9.54 meters for a fourth-place finish in the triple jump.  All finishes were among Division III athletes. 

Women's Indoor Track Honor Roll
Danielle Garofalo, Lynchburg Placed 21st overall in the 60-meter hurdles in a time of 10.27.
Robin Yerkes, Roanoke Set a school record in the 200 (25.87) and ran a 58.38 in the 400 to provisionally qualify for nationals.
